I had a phone consultation with Chad Eichorn from Pearson Bollman Law on February 4, 2025. Next…read moresteps after that call were, 1) I email him some documents (which I did immediately) and, 2) he email me a client agreement. Over the next five weeks, I did not hear a peep from Mr. Eichorn, despite my emails and phone messages. I finally got a receptionist to insist that he reach out to me. When he finally did, he said all my emails went to his junk file... including that email with sensitive documents. I asked him if my phone messages got lost as well, and he could not answer that. He proceeded to ask me for information which had nothing to do with my issue. When I corrected him, he admitted that he could not recall what we had discussed and that he must've lost his notes. I would not recommend any professional who is so completely empty-headed and irresponsible to "lose" so much.
