I had a phone consultation with Chad Eichorn from Pearson Bollman Law on February 4, 2025. Next…read moresteps after that call were, 1) I email him some documents (which I did immediately) and, 2) he email me a client agreement. Over the next five weeks, I did not hear a peep from Mr. Eichorn, despite my emails and phone messages. I finally got a receptionist to insist that he reach out to me. When he finally did, he said all my emails went to his junk file... including that email with sensitive documents. I asked him if my phone messages got lost as well, and he could not answer that. He proceeded to ask me for information which had nothing to do with my issue. When I corrected him, he admitted that he could not recall what we had discussed and that he must've lost his notes. I would not recommend any professional who is so completely empty-headed and irresponsible to "lose" so much. Biggest waste of money I've ever spent. My "attorney", Stephen Babe, was utterly and completely…read moreworthless. On top of the thousands of dollars he charged leading up to the court date he also demanded almost $10k for the two days in court or he'd withdraw. When we actually got to court he was very antsy and fidgety, almost like someone who had too much Adderall. My financial affidavit was also filed incorrectly which caused my child support amount to be astronomically high. Even after I brought this to the attention of Stephen and the firm I was essentially told to get lost and that they still wanted more money from me. Overall I would not and will not ever recommend anybody ever go there.
