He is an incredible young man; his customer service is the best we have received in years. Issac is friendly, kind, and very efficient. He is always willing to provide the best service with genuine care; it would be great if there were more employees like him. Although we couldn't get the license right then--due to an issue where a document wasn't accepted by the system--he kindly explained what happened and helped us start the process to resolve the problem so we could eventually obtain the license. He then introduced us to his supervisor, Jose, who was also very kind and guided us on how to fix the situation, inviting us to return to the office to complete the process once the document issue was resolved. Both Jose and Issac were incredibly considerate and encouraging, making themselves available to help us in any way possible to successfully complete our application. People like them restore our faith in customer service; they are both excellent individuals dedicated to serving others. We truly appreciate their assistance and want to highlight them to you so you know you have two very valuable employees--please give them the appreciation and recognition they deserve for their work. FACILITIES: Their facility is new, easy to enter/exit, 1 mile from 25, has two dump stations, water, 24 hour access, 24/7 onsite security, PRIVATE (no one walking by on the sidewalk watching you load or unload), bright lights, video surveillance connected to my phone, a wash bay and a service bay where you can pull your rig to do small repair jobs if needed. 5* CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ask about their move-in specials - I got almost an entire month for free and no admin fees. As I was moving across state, I communicated in advance that I couldn't be there until after their official closing time and that I was starting work the next morning. Carly went out of her way to be there when I arrived (around 9 PM), helped guide my rig in and had my access key and paperwork ready to sign so that I could unload and be on my way. Her patience, thoughtfulness and customer-oriented approach really made for a soft landing which was a highlight after a long day of moving!

They also just started catering for events. The space is comfy, the staff is beyond friendly (I asked the waitress to take photos of me, she was so sweet about it), and I love the view. There is just something about Gold Street that makes me feel like I'm somewhere else. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I treated my friend to brunch and both our meals and drinks came out to a little over $20. Make sure you stop by and support them. We need more initiatives like this in our community.
