WHAT A RIP OFF! Please DO NOT FALL FOR IT! There is a tiny little station at Lamy, and the WiF…read moreworks. The network is "RideSky" and the password is "skyrailway" Do yourself a favor and either book an Uber or Lyft before you arrive, or just get off and use the wifi to get to the apps! (You probably won't have signal and they take advantage of that!) The driver for this rip-off company waits for the Amtrak train and then tells ppl "no Uber will come out here." NOT TRUE!!! He charged us $40 per person!!! $120 total for a trip into town that Uber or Lyft does for $19-$39! AND he spent the whole trip telling us that he was doing us a favor! My husband gave him the physical address of the hotel we were staying at, but he drove in the opposite direction downtown and then claimed he had another fare, and since he did us a favor by driving us without a reservation, he was dropping us off MILES from our hotel and that he'd come back 30 minutes later to get us! He claimed that "every hotel in Santa Fe is the Santa Fe something-or-other" and that we told him the WRONG HOTEL. WE DID NOT! We booked an Uber out here for our return trip for $19 TOTAL. What a awful experience. We do intend to report this company to the BBB and to the visitor's bureau in Santa Fe. RIP-OFF RIP-OFF RIP-OFF

We booked ahead of time, and the whole process was very easy. Budget really lives up to its name. We got an electric Mustang Mach-E for about $270 for the week, which felt like a great deal. Check-in was smooth and quick. The paperwork took maybe 3 minutes. Overall, great experience and I would definitely rent from them again.

I verified that my Fastbreak profile was up to date on the Budget website with payment, license etc before my visit. I even received an email shortly before pick up that my car was in process. However, when I arrived at the airport, I followed signs in the rental car area only to find that there was a line for Fastbreak pickups in the dedicated area for these loyal clients. I waited in line for at least 10 minutes. While I waited, there was a board with Avis preferred clients in process and no board for Fastbreak. Ultimately, I had to be helped by a customer service agent and still do the usual of showing my license and swiping my credit card. The staff was kind enough, but not particularly efficient. As such, I will probably try another rental car agency on my next visit to ABQ.

It's really roomy and they offer some really nice options. One great thing is you are able to purchase Green Chile once you come through TSA. That is so awesome because I love the green chile. Literally every time I come through here I purchase some. The Southwest side of the airport is coming along. They are really making things easily accessible Overall the experience is great. And I am looking forward to everything once the improvements are done.

My home airport in Greensboro is the little airport that could, where it's possible to arrive 30 minutes before your flight, get through security, and to your gate before they shut you out pretty much any day... but I gotta be honest, ABQ's "Sunport" probably has it beat. All the prior things being true, at least as far as I can tell, you can get to the airport without much worry of a long security line or wait at any juncture. I was easily through in under 10 minutes. After passing through security, you'll find yourself in a food court with about five options to get something in your before your trip. Also in this area is a plethora of comfy seating to lounge or even nap in, clean restrooms, table space with plenty of charging points, and nice wide walkways headed wherever you are. Probably the most impressive thing, is just how comfortable all the seating is. Even the chairs outside the gate are wide and comfortable. This airport wins on comfort above any other one that I have ever visited.
