We moved back to CA for medical care accessibility as Nevada is not superior yet though we had a few excellent people in UMC and a rehab. We got an appointment with Dr. Mahmodian on Wednesday. The clinic is clean and we really appreciated the front desk person checking us in for she gave info we never had. Stephanie the nurse is amazing, gentle and skillful. Dr. Mahmodian did a comprehensive review of my husband's treatment thus far and he examined and prescribed important aggressive treatment with a nutritionist (still on gastric tube feedings due to severe dysphagia), physical, speech and occupational therapy, GI specialist as well as labs and diagnostics. We were assisted by the front desk again with rescheduling and info about resources. If you want an enthusiastic, energetic, youthful physician with a gift for caring about you and solving health issues, check them out. We live in the Sun City 55+ community off Washington so it is very close. Reserved parking for our wheelchair was close and the entire experience was fruitful. I was a registered nurse for 50 years and generally don't praise many medical professionals unless they reach my standards and I am super impressed with the service we received from this team.

Even he thought it was fishy that they diagnosed me like this without tests because my symptoms were not even close to what Eisenhower diagnosed me with. I will never go to this hospital again. They will probably charge over a grand to my insurance as well after giving me this false information without any tests. Just goes to show how stupid even doctors can be. They make you wait forever to get in and then just diagnose you with something random without any tests and set you off on your worrisome way and then charge you over a $1,000. What a scam. So this office is now stuck with me. I got the VIP treatment from the get go. A few months back when I called to schedule my first time appointment, the phone was answered by a real person. And a nice one too. She was super helpful in answering questions and sent me the new patient forms to fill out immediately. When I arrived for my appointment, the front office ladies greeted me immediately. I thought they were very friendly and efficient. I was quickly escorted to an exam room (on time) and then got to meet Dr. Mora - my new primary care physician. I was just so impressed with how nice he was. Anyway that was a few months ago. And I wanted to add more to this review...I had routine lab work done and Dr. Mora's office ACTUALLY CALLED ME WITH THE RESULTS. Previously, I have always had to call myself or get the info myself on line after months had passed and I had not heard from my PC doctor. Then they even called me with my routine mamo results. It made me feel delighted that my doctor was actually monitoring my lab results. Then....the icing on the cake...I got a letter in the mail from their office. It was from the doctor! He personally thanked me for becoming a new patient. WOW!!! I super recommend this office!

What about the now 39 lab tests and no one to tell me what is happening with me I guess I'm the stupid one for paying $665. for the NO FRILLS NO DIFFERENT THAN A REGULAR DR OFFICE without paying $665. Eisenhower 365 is horrendous. The drs there work maybe 3-4 days a week.
