Choosing Dr. Fink was one of the best decisions I've made in my health care. When I came into her practice, my healthcare was in disarray. She quickly helped me identify what specialties were needed and helped organize my care. I'm so very thankful after being bounced around for 2 years previously. Dr. Fink is not only professional and excellent in her job but warm and always puts me at ease. No complication I've encountered is too difficult for her to advise on or refer me out for treatment. Her office staff is warm and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to get referrals authorized and scripts handled. I'm so grateful! read more

Unfortunately, she's a good doctor but just way too many patients to handle. You can't get in to see her for weeks, and is unable to refill medication unless she sees you first even in more serious and continual prescriptions needed. She left the office on maternity leave recently again and while she was gone, she also was merging to just one office location at the same time. I called because my husband was in the hospital, and the hospital said to follow up with doctor asap to get a referral. I called the office after learning that the La Quinta office is no longer, and they were unable/ willing to help with just a referral to another doctor saying she's out, we are merging to one office, and insurances are still pending as we are working with another company as well. She also stated that we should contact our insurance to see if Fink will be still out doctor because some insurances will reassigning Primary doctors. I used to love Doctor Fink and her nurse, but her other staff really doesn't help much with any urgency and just seems to repeat robotically the same information which isn't much. Used to brag about her, but now I feel like I need to find another doctor for our family and it's unfortunate. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I had a fabulous Dr before her who was patient, kind, non judgmental, listened & willing to help & go the extra mile. Unfortunately he left and I was switched to her. She is argumentative, aggressive, rude, condescending and dismissive. She clearly has a lot to learn. if I could split this review into 2 ratings I would, but her staff are, unfortunately, dragging her down. Dr Fink is great. 5 stars. she takes her time with you, listens, and never seems to be in a rush to get to the next patient. Her staff however.... Every interaction has been a disaster. they have scheduled me for physicals 2 days before my insurance would pay (this happened 2 years in a row) and didn't tell me until I arrived at the office. Last year they cancelled my appoint and rescheduled without a phone call to see what might work for me, the client. This year, after Dr Fink stood in the office and told them to work with me to reschedule, I was given 1 day and told to basically take it or leave it. Not really working with me. I am updating my previous review to five stars. I just got off the phone after a virtual appointment with Dr. Fink. She was very helpful in helping me address my current nausea and stomach issues. I found her to be incredibly friendly, caring and informative. If you are having a difficult time getting in to see her, know that she is only in the office twice a week, and therefore new patient visits are backed up for months. If you have trying to get in to see her and haven't been able to, I understand your frustration. Until today, I had been unable to get in to see her while living with flu-like symptoms. Bernice, from the front desk put me on a waiting list and I finally got a call from her. She was so kind. Deeply grateful and hopeful for some guidance on how to better get through what has now been a week of nausea and gut trouble after eating outside--maskless. read more

This is the most awful practice. One Dr in the practice. Extremely unprofessional. Basically told my children they are fat at the age of 11 so now afraid to be seen by anyone. Made a comment to my oldest about her skin. She is NOT a dermatologist. In my eyes it's all about money. I've been on a prescription for 8 years and she will NOT refill it unless I'm seen. Doc was nice on first visit but on subsequent visits she treated me like a middle-aged attention/drug seeker in response to my chronic pain. I was even subjected to drug testing, when the results came back of course they were negative. I jokingly told the doc see it's just my personality, but honestly I felt vindicated. A few years later I got a positive test for Fibromyalgia, my score was 96. The issues that bother me still are not being believed about my pain and the questions she asked me; ie what are you afraid of and do you believe in God. I found the doctors office to be clean and perfect location. I got in and out quick. Illness was address and taken care of.

I have been seeing doctor Fink in the Palm Desert location for about 3-4 years. I have always found her very understanding, helpful, respectful and attentive. Initially I had some challenges with the office staff/procedures, but those were taken care of and haven't had any issues since. She will challenge you, if you are doing something that may not be healthy, but I never felt it was her judging me, only trying to help me learn and grow. read more

So I'm stuck with this doctor who you have to book like months in advance to see the office is rude about it too. I agree with the previous reviews if you're sick you won't be seen so what's the point? I've called asking for help regarding my health and they just say oh well she's book for like three months?? If you have NO medical issues perhaps this Doctor would be okay. But my daughter has medical issues and we came prepared with a list of questions and knew most would be referred out to specialists, but this Doctor came in said she had no time except to do a "well women exam" very pushy on this and we all felt she did not listen to the concerns. On the referrals given were incorrect specialists and one lab actually said this is an ongoing problem with this office. Never followed up with the 6 week appt. changed doctors. Clearly this is not a doctor who has time to listen to her patients which seems to be the an issue with a lot of young doctors these days. read more

Dr. Sayda Fink, MD is the worst doctor I have ever met. I went to her yesterday for my annual physical and she asked me prior to my visit with email, text to fill out paperwork online before going to the office. Which I did a few days before my visit. The paperwork is the same as always asking for your medical issues, personal info, family history. That is normal requirements. I get that. When I got to the office the receptionist told me thank you for filling out the paperwork ahead of time. She in turn hands me another pack of paperwork and asked me fill it out. I said I'm sorry but I already filled out my medical information. I don't want to answer these questions. Nothing to do with my medical background or needs. What does having a gun in my house have to do with my annual physical? That was one of the questions. I told her no and hand it back to her. They ask me into the room and the nurse takes my vitals and leaves. She returns with the same paperwork and says I need to answer the questions. She says the insurance requires it. I told her again I was not going to answer those questions. I would take it up with my insurance company then. I signed off the paperwork that I refused to sign it. She left. A few minutes later Dr. Fink rushes into the room quickly and says you have a problem with these questions. I told her I was not going to answer those questions and that you are harassing me about it. She looks at me and turns around and walks out. I ask her what does me having a gun in my house have to do with my medical insurance or her business. She closed the door with no answer. I find it really upsetting that she is pushing people to fill out paperwork with personal questions like that. How dare her harass me over her paperwork and not give me the medical attention I needed. I got up and left. She was outside the door with a couple nurses whispering about me I assume. The staff is no good either. They play right into her games of BAD CARE. The last visit to her office in 2021 she tried the same thing with the paperwork. I didn't fill it out then either. I was feeling like she wanted my life story for her medical attention. Last year when I went to her office to get some advice and care for my rather uncomfortable menopause she couldn't be bothered with answering or caring for my health. She was rude and short with me. Left the room and I had to ask the nurse to go get her again so we could talk more about my menopause. She has left the room after two minutes of care both times, this year and last year. She is rude and unprofessional. I have since called my insurance and reported her and her office. They DO NOT ask those kind of questions and don't require them either like the nurse was trying to say. What a joke. I will have to find a new doctor which I should of done sooner. I hope this is helpful and hopefully will keep people away from her practice. She is not a good doctor. Stay safe!! read more

Over confident, rude, unwilling to listen. Came to Dr. Fink a while back because I was having concerns with the pains I was having in my abdomen. Without even giving me a proper exam she told me I was fine. Rushed me completely, could hardly get a sentence in. Made me feel like a hypochondriac. She told me I was young, my blood pressure was OK and that I needed to "deal with my mom's death" (she died from cancer.) Instead of giving me a CT scan like I originally asked she gave me a reference to a psychiatrist and had blood work done which she never followed up with me about. She told me that if I got a CT can I would just be giving my body unnecessary radiation. Fast forward to two months later I am in the ER because my abdomen pain was getting worse and turns out after I get a CT scan I have a cyst in my ovary. Please don't go to this sad excuse for a doctor. My mother was a doctor, this lady is joke. read more
