Nice gym that nobody ever goes to but us and a few older people, pool is nice, though can be toddler central sometimes. Free cookies in the clubhouse. Carlos the maintenance guy is super cool.Overall, Its a nice well maintained complex filled with good families, and I really have enjoyed living here.

I moved in and got approved by Beatriz the manager and she gave me the choice of a move in special and while living here I have to say I lived on the 3rd floor and I loved my view and the neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves and I loved the Gym and the Pool and the friendly enviorment and was very well maintained. I miss my apartment now and If I ever move back to Florida I can say this would be my first choice to live especially if Beatriz is still in charge! Some may say she is mean but she is a manager that takes no B.S. and dont allow crime or those who it follows in her building and you cant blame her for that for it will only ensure you that you will have a safe place and well ran place to live! The only downside to these Apartments are there are no Elevators but in my opinon that is the only thing negative I have to say about this place.Thank you Beatriz for all your help and working with us to move in and on our move out since we had to leave due to a work injury to come back to California but I do miss the Luxury of my Apartment and sitting on the balcony watching the ducks and enjoying my coffee!!! I had this review half written in my drafts so I thought I'd finish it…read more This Apartment Complex is beautiful; from the well kept premises, pool area to their beautiful and reasonably priced apartments. Their management team was also great to work with. I stumbled upon these apartments last year while i searched for apartment for my mother and sister. I was doing drive by apt hunting that sometimes is more effective than looking online. Anita Vazquez was wonderful to work with and she was so accommodating allowing my sister to do her portion of the paperwork remotely since she was in Miami. We got approved for the lease, paid our deposit and had a July 14th date to move in. A lease sign date of July 13th. On July 1st, we received the unfortunate news from Anita that the people weren't moving in time and that our apartment wouldn't be available. This was disheartening. I had paid for a POD and had items in storage, had arranged to have my mother and sister transported to Kissimmee and it put a huge damper on our plans. The good thing that Anita did for us that I appreciated was that they returned all the money we placed on the apt; deposit & even the application fees. I do recommend them despite the mishap. Their customer service was impeccable from beginning to end. They also have the best reviews out of all other apartments.

I say that because I'm currently writing this review from the comfort of my mother's house due to my apartment currently being uninhabitable. We have had roach problems ever since we moved in over a year ago and we have to hound them to do anything about it. They'll come in two or three times and leave a piece of paper saying they're going to do something next time before actually taking any action. Even after they sprayed, we still see roaches almost every day. It's ridiculous. I know that roaches are typically a part of the package deal when you rent an apartment in Florida, but they really don't care to do much to take care of it unless you pitch a fit about it. That issue pales in comparison to what me and my girlfriend are currently experiencing. We are on the third day of our AC being out and there has been absolutely no urgency behind having the issue resolved. You can't leave people without AC in Florida, especially when their apartment is on the third floor. The apartment was 87 degrees last time I was in it, and that was at night. Yes, you read that right. 87 degrees. The maintenance person they sent out to take care of the issue the day it happened did not seem to care about our problem at all and looked extremely inconvenienced by the fact that we even called him out, as if that's not his job. He didn't do a good job setting proper expectations with us regarding when everything should be resolved. He also did not seem to know what he was doing and spoke with no confidence when describing the problem. The maintenance here is a joke. On top of all of that, the window unit they installed to try to alleviate the issue ended up leaking water all over our carpet, so now there is a large, loud fan in our living room that has to run for three days so the apartment doesn't get mold. Lovely. The fact they believe it is acceptable to leave us in an apartment under those conditions is ridiculous. We emailed the property manager twice out of desperation for resolution and received no response. My girlfriend had to take time out of her day to visit the front office just to get them to even address her concerns. The only thing they could offer to us was to stay in a model apartment. Seriously? We're in the midst of a pandemic. We work from home. How are we supposed to work out of an apartment with no internet? They didn't offer a hotel reimbursement, they didn't offer to pay for emergency maintenance from another company to do the repairs, they didn't even offer to comp or reduce our rent! I am literally paying money right now for an apartment that I can't even use. My girlfriend and I both had to evacuate to our parent's houses so we could have a place to work without a loud fan running and sleep in temperatures under 80 degrees. This whole situation has been a huge waste of our time and money and has completely ruined our weekend. Apparently, the parts to fix the AC are supposed to come tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it. Do yourself a favor and pay $200-300 more a month to stay somewhere where they actually give a damn about you. UPDATE: The AC got fixed only for it to go out AGAIN the next weekend. The maintenance here is a freaking joke. ANOTHER UPDATE: Have now updated review from 2 stars to 1. They still have done absolutely nothing to alleviate the issue and now that we're looking to break our lease, they're stating that they get to keep our security deposit, which is FALSE and not in the paperwork that we signed when we first moved in. Also, when we first moved in, they said that if we went to break the lease, they wouldn't have a problem getting someone new to move in as they always have a wait list, so we wouldn't have to pay too much to move out. Now that we actually want to move out, they suddenly have no wait list and have apartments that they're trying to get rid of. That either means 1) They misled us or 2) They used to have a wait list, but now don't because they got all of their other tenants to move out by treating them like shit, too! Honestly, I would believe either one of those options, at this point. Don't move here if you love yourself.

My partner and I moved to the Orlando area in October '20 and were looking at a number of different properties in the area. If you've ever toured apartments before, you know the typical approach of the leasing agent trying to add pressure on you to get you to submit an application sooner rather than later - this was absolutely NOT the approach I felt here and it was so appreciated by both of us. Victoria was an absolute professional - from the first time we called from the car (although my partner had spoken with her before), I could tell we were in for a wonderful afternoon of touring different units with her. (NOTE: We had some more flexibility when touring apartments - this was, I believe, when movement first began following the COVID-19 shutdowns. I wouldn't be as relaxed regarding submitting my application now - the units have seemingly begun filling up rather quickly, and it's no surprise.) Victoria was incredibly patient in showing us as many apartments as we requested, and also in understanding that we had a few more days of touring other buildings. Regardless, our thoughts kept shifting back to Veere. The facilities are beautiful, the location is IDEAL, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. When we were getting to the nitty-gritty of deciding which unit we wanted, we were headed back home to Fort Lauderdale and Victoria even took video tours of specific units for us. I mean, what's not to love? The process was made so easy for us, even living several hours away. FACILITIES: Beautiful! And there's something for everyone. The well-appointed, two-story gym and virtual golf setup aren't exactly my thing (I've never been the athletic type), but the pool, hammocks, fire-pits, and communal living spaces are absolutely up my alley. They're all kept immaculately clean and organized. Even the Clubhouse (the central hub of communal living areas) has a very pleasant, light fragrance that, to this day, still makes it feel like coming home. Also, having your packages kept secure via the Luxer One system is game-changing - no more having your Amazon deliveries stolen off of your front porch... (I'm looking at you, Fort Lauderdale), you're also notified via the app or email when a package has arrived. LOCATION: My partner and I are theme park enthusiasts, so it's no surprise as to why this location was perfect for us. Regardless, though, it is certainly a wonderful area that's very accessible to many local amenities or to I-4 should your plans require you to go downtown, the airport, or elsewhere. I work in and out of the Orlando International Airport and it's a dependable 20 minute commute regardless of time of day. Admittedly, most restaurants in the immediate area are more chain restaurants, but there is a thirst for some local flair and I have a feeling that, once the surrounding area begins developing more, we will see local places moving in, too. Also, the Target across the street: I'm a MN native (Target's motherland) and I'm OBSESSED with our boutique-style Target across the bridge - my apartment actually looks out at the sign in the distance, which feels homey for me. One is likely not going to do their entire monthly haul there, but there's at least one of everything you need to get you through on a day-by-day basis. STAFF: It feels weird calling them "staff", to be honest. It sounds cheesy, but they really are like close friends. Not in anyway unprofessional, but they're always welcoming and saying "hello" or asking about your day when they see you in the hallway. There have been times where I've been out of town at work and a package has been delivered to my door (not common, but it can happen from time to time) and one of the folks in the office has emailed or called asking if I consent to them placing them inside my door. It truly makes the entire experience of living here feel very neighborly. And again, they only ever seemed to want what was best for us when we were touring apartments. That isn't something I've felt with a lot of rental properties, and as someone with awkward anxiety, I absolutely appreciated their patience when it came to us making a big step during a big move. In conclusion... I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! Seriously, I mean it when I say my move to Orlando has completely shifted my views on living in Florida, and my home is the foundation where I made that change happen. PLEASE consider checking out their website, calling, or stopping by at some point if you're interested in the area. I always semi-joke with my partner that I wish we could have just bought our beautiful apartment. Renting will have to suffice for now. :D :D

We have not had any issues with pests, mold, or anything of that nature. We never have any issues finding convenient parking and the valet trash comes every night to pick up our trash (except Sundays). (As you would expect) after couple of month being here going to the front desk was like I'm being inconvenience. They charge aka requires you to pay for trash pick up where they don't do it on a regular basis or scheduled basis. My first week that my wife and I moved in January our car got towed after registering the car to the correct parking spot that had the numbers on the concrete. which you are not allowed to park in marked place:/. I came to the complex at like 9:30pm and it took 45 min to find spot for me to park my car. My wife's car always has ants inside the car when the car has been professionally cleaned. We have expressed these concerns.... They came out with a new AI phone call. I think the management doesn't want to hear it anymore.... But I've been here almost a year and tbh, not good experience. I have a leak in one of my ceiling, and it took 3 weeks for someone to "fix it" it's not fixed. I'm having a washer that it's not working for the past 1 week, and no one has fixed it. Idk, I'm just trying to be honest because I tried to talk to the front desk or management, but just seems like they don't care and it's just shows how they care about their residence. There is a lot of mold in this complex! I had to get 2 air purifiers. The water is fooof! Not recommend to drinking it. Some mold comes out from the washer. I had a lot of clothes being ruined by it. I hope the corporate sees this... I tried to call the management but there is not hope or luck to get a hold of them. My wife and I will not be living here once our lease is done. Again, at first it's awesome and great, long run... you will be disappointed and frustrated.
