We asked for cheese burgers but they weren't making them. The sodas had too much syrup to soda water making them taste like an opened bottle of soda. The popcorn was decent just extra salty. The corn dogs are frozen foster farms that they microwave and they overdid mine. The Philly cheesesteak was slimey and obviously a frozen one they microwaved. We waited 15-20 minutes for everything. However, even with the bad food experience the movie experience was great. Hopefully the owners will offer a better quality selection of food and drinks and rely less on a microwave for everything .

The comfy recliner seats are always a selling point for us and in every theater so you never have to wonder if you'll be lucky and get to sit in them! I find they don't have as many fees as other theaters in the area and I especially love $5 Tuesday, which makes it easy to go more often without feeling like you're blowing your budget. One thing to note: parking isn't paid for so you got to walk a little from a free spot downtown. I have been told the concessions are pricier but I always skip those!

What made it great: The Giant Screen: The laser projection and picture quality are unmatched. Seeing the action on such a massive, sharp screen made the film even better. Premium Recliners: The luxury seating is incredibly spacious with tons of room. The seats recline all the way back, and they feature handy attached trays where we could comfortably set our food and drinks. Excellent Concessions: You can't go wrong with the classic movie combo. Our popcorn was delicious, the Coke was perfectly crisp, and we even walked away with an awesome limited-edition popcorn tin! I said I used to work in a theater when I was younger and that was our job at the end of the night was to make sure the theaters were ready in the morning so this is actually very disappointing and disgusting. There was popcorn on the seats in the little cup holders all over the floors along with the spilled soda. I don't know about the rest of the theater because all of us were mostly in the top row. It was the first showing of the morning so there should have been no excuse for it being that dirty. Everything else was okay but really need to clean better.

Restrooms were clean at this time and the popcorn was freshly popped! They offer many different popcorn containers with characters and swag. Parking is ample with ADA spots right out front. It appears this particular shopping center, called the Boise Spectrum Center is trying to refresh their look. Many of the previous tenants I remember have come and gone but hopefully there will be new eateries occupying the vacant spots.

Was he was personable as Nelson? No, but he got the job done. I gave him a time that worked for us. Unfortunately my son needed an earlier movie so we had to get our movie time moved up. I messaged the day of after not getting a response from the night before due to the time I messaged him. After hearing from Alex the day of, we finally got everything set in stone. We showed up. The gal working the podium was pretty useless. I had screenshot my qr code for the extra tickets we bought. Tried talking to her about the tickets that were set aside and she couldn't help. I don't have the best reception in the theater and she couldn't tell me what theater we were in since Fandango wouldn't pull up. She ended sending me to concessions. So, I'm just curious to what her purpose at the podium is if she can't help in any way shape or form. Nelson offered us concessions in addition to our 4 seats. No one at concessions knew what to do. I showed them my interaction with Nelson. Alex hadn't given any direction since he was the last person I interacted with. No one from management could be found. A whole grip of staff asking each other with not one manager on site. Finally someone in a tank top and jeans helped out. Chloe helped us. She was doing everything she could to figure everything out. It's hard for your staff to know what to do when no one is in charge to delegate things, literally no one. Obviously they dropped the ball in communicating about our seats and concessions. Chloe handled the situation like a boss and she got us all taken care of. Poor thing had no clue but she faked it till she made it. And it worked. Was today's visit better than our last? Mehhh. It was a hair smoother considering it's a week night, a school night and the fair is in town. The gal at the door was completely clueless. At least everyone at concessions was eager to help. Chloe was the star employee today. Our movie was great. Spider Man was a really good movie. We did end up with the non reclining seats since we switched times but we made it work. There's no bad seats but I prefer the mid level to upper level for the view of the lights. Musicians were fantastic and even had a good sense of humor announcing the next set and each other.
