It was easy to navigate, and it worked perfectly. I received follow-up emails and text messages for the pickup, where the donated furniture was going, and reassurance that the family furniture was going to the right place. Because the furniture was too big for me to move outside, and as Restore can't come into the house, Restore assigned the pick-up to Bulk Brothers. Bulk Brothers acknowledged the assignment, and began their own follow-up text messages, keeping me informed of the vehicle license plate that would do the pickup, driver, and time for pick up. This whole interaction, and follow-on actions by Restore and Bulk Brothers was easy and professional done!

Last September I contracted with Lawn Doctor Annapolis to complete an aeration and seeding on my…read morefamilies small front yard. I was not present but things did not go smoothly. The tech ended up aerating and overseeding the neighbors yard instead of ours. If it were not for my aunt stopping and pointing this out and talking to the tech (who was in quite a rush) they would have not addressed our lawn. While doing the work the tech was going at a very high rate of speed and created many ruts and divets in our lawn. The next day I notified the Lawn Doctor office of the damage to the lawn and had the service manager come out to inspect it about a week later. He claimed that it should look that way and that there appeared to be some growth already. He also did admit that they had accidently done the neighbor by mistake but "did not charge them." I told the service manager that it did not look that way the previous year and that I was not going to pay for my lawn to have been torn up. He said that they would fix any issues in the Spring. I went ahead and purchased some bags of soil and seed and tried to correct the issues as best as I could. I sent them pictures of the damage and told them I no longer would be using their service. Bottom line torn up lawn and they sent me a bill to boot!
