Harris ( the B&C tech) gave the unit it's annual cleanup and maintenance, reset the over pressure breaker and things started cooling. Given the cycling to start under the conditions I had created, Harris recommended replacing the capacitor (less than $50) to avoid the next service call. After he completed the annual and replaced the capacitor, he presented a reasonable bill and we were good. Thanks B&C!
