My mother was seeing so many doctors but she never had any relief. No one was trying to get to the root of her issues. She was depressed and in constant pain. I prayed about a holistic provider that would listen and look at the whole person. God led me to Wellness Redefined. From the very first session, Ebony's approach was different. She is incredibly attentive; she doesn't just listen to symptoms, she listens to the whole person. She made my mother feel seen, heard, and understood for the first time in a long time. Her patience is boundless--she never rushes, explains everything with clarity and compassion, and creates a safe, supportive space for healing. Ebony didn't offer a quick fix; she provided a pathway. She empowered my mother with knowledge and practical tools to manage her conditions holistically. Under her care, we have seen a remarkable transformation. My mother is not just managing her diseases; she is actively on a path to healing, regaining a sense of hope and vitality we thought was lost. If you are looking for a practitioner who combines expertise with genuine empathy, look no further. Ebony is a rare find. She is a true advocate for her clients' well-being, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

I know of a few that would have been way out of the way and my time was limited. I actually started to stop in a convenience store and grab an unhealthy shake loaded with sugar but I was craving a more healthier alternative. I decided to google some places and Pure Nutrition pulled up on the map and was only like 3 minutes away from where I was at. Much to my surprise, the location is very close to my home and work so yay!! I walk in to a cute and welcoming area that you can't deny. The menu options were clear with great selections for your shake and tea. I forgot the name of my tea but it was like a starburst and I added the Lift Off because I certainly needed a boost of energy for the second behalf of my day. For my shake, I ordered a White Chocolate Snicker, which was yummy and filling. The best part is that they added little sparkling glitter -- I was happy like a little kid. The staff was super friendly, the service was great and the location was perfect! It's worth repeat business. Go ahead and check them out and add a little sparkle to your day!
