We filled out our paperwork and we're told we needed an appt to establish that we are patients so we could be seen in the future. We went to this appointment and were told they'll be right back with us we sat in the parking lot for 25 minutes and then called to be sure we weren't forgotten. The very rude woman from the front desk said we were verifying your insurance and just got done we said so are you ready for us and she said no. Another woman stuck her head out the door and said by the way your deductible hasn't been met it's $200 for today's visit for you. Which means they were going to charge us $400 for a meet and greet?This was a horrible experience we said cancel this appointment and called the insurance company to be sure that no one gets billed for this. They were rude late and then blamed us! Admittedly we never saw the doctor he could be great but the staff stunk!

I discussed this with the receptionist and she apologized, but did nothing. It's understandable if a doctor runs late because they're spending time with patients. In this case, he simply sat and chatted, during my appointment time, to a couple of men who didn't belong there during the workday without merit. Very unprofessional and no one seemed to care. It was my first visit. Wasn't seen. The receptionist didn't/couldn't do anything. I had to leave. The nurse who took my vitals was, however, great. No complaints about her. It's a shame the rest of the visit went so poorly. Now I have to find another doctor and wait, again, until I can see them. They clearly don't value other people's time. My appointment was booked well in advance. There was no good reason for this. Plain negligence and lack of care. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. This could have been easily resolved if the doctor had told these men he had patients and to visit him when he had free time. The receptionist should have told the doctor he had a patient who had been waiting, and, not allowed the men to just waltz in the way they did. Truth be told, I really don't enjoy leaving negative reviews. But this experience was just too bad to stay quiet about. People need to know this isn't acceptable. Patients should always come first. The staff ought to treat them with the dignity and care they deserve. I'll never go back.

I was used to doctors that overbooked and barely spent 5 minutes with you. Dr. Hasan spent quite a lot of time with me. He asked questions and gave recommendations. Dr. Hasan talks to you, not at you. It is obvious Dr. Hasan really cares about his patients and loves his occupation. He is not a pill pusher like many doctors are nowadays. I look forward to seeing Dr. Hassan again.
