Since I had relocated to Houston, arrangements were made to sign my paperwork at Mary Rousseve's office. From the beginning, the staff made it very clear they were not happy about providing this service to me. After the uncomfortable appointment, I was informed one of the pages needed notarization so I called back to schedule a time to take care of the oversight. Again, the staff had attitude and informed me I would just have to wait or the Dallas based office could take care of it themselves (even though I am not in Dallas). Their lack of cooperation is now costing me money as the payoff on the original loan may go up due to the delay. Despite now living in Houston, you can be sure the staff at Mary Rousseve just lost a new customer. I will be taking my future State Farm business to another agent and will recommend everyone else do the same.
