I don't trust a lot of people but one of their employees Ryan M. reassured me that they would handle the job with care and that it would look amazing, when they were done. He was right! A date for the service was set and 4 guys, including Matthew and Ryan that came out to clean up my yard. They had a truck that they parked out front that they filled up with yard waste. They finished the project in one day. I had my front, sides and backyard cleaned up. It looks so beautiful. I am no longer embarrassed by my yard. I'm looking to reach out for regular maintenance soon.

Arvizu was communicative in the beginning, but recently the communication has been so poor. No reply to any of my last 3 texts, or to any of my phone calls either. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that. What matters is how they're handled. In this case, the lack of communication and follow-through has left me disappointed. I hope they improve their responsiveness and customer service going forward, but until then, I do not recommend their services and don't think they should be accepting any new customers until they get that figured out.

So based on reviews, I hired Jose. He came out. He was super friendly super nice and I really liked…read morehim. The plan was to remove a bunch of overgrown plants in my front yard, relocate them and also fix some irrigation issues in my planters. The price seemed OK and we had to negotiate our monthly service fee fees for regular maintenance after that but we got to a happy place. It went downhill from there. The day of plant removal he had somebody else (no Ingles) doing all the work and did not know how to replant the plants. They did not stand, they fell over the next day. He over-trimmed the other planter beds to the point where most of those plants are failing now. And the worst thing is after three years of Artificial Turf and lots of gardening activity, no one has ever ruined my turf. Until this day when the worker put a hot trimmer down on the turf. He tried to cover it up with his foot and something else while I was around the house. But when I noticed it the next day and checked the cameras... he was clearly trying to deceive myself about his accident. I sent the video to Jose. Jose sent someone out about 2 weeks later (after about 5 messages to him) to fix that. In the meantime, the gardening service I was getting was not good either. It was not Jose. It was somebody else. I texted Jose about some issues on how to be a better service supplier for my home, he was unresponsive. Next thing I know no one was coming to my home to do regular weekly maintenance. He ghosted me. Completely unprofessional to send help that can't do their job and they not respond to me. So he quit without telling me. Very very frustrating. Highly unreliable. Beware.

We've used Landscape Locators the last few years for bi-weekly yard maintenance. Both the front and…read morebackyard has turf and no grass so there really isn't that much to do. There is a hedge by the neighbors wall that needs trimming every few months and there are also some palm trees that need the dead leaves to be stripped once in a while. The service was decent at first but has gone downhill. The property is a rental so we are not there very often to check if these tasks are being done. When we went down last week we noticed a very overgrown hedge on one side while the adjacent wall was trimmed and there were lots of dead leaves left on the plants. We ended up cleaning up the dead leaves ourselves and I emailed Kevin and sent him pictures of the overgrown hedge. When the gardener Nicolas came the following Monday I asked if the hedge was trimmed. Kevin said no and said it's because it's by the pool equipment and it was too tight for him to go in and trim it. This is BS as the overgrown hedge was on the outside of the pool equipment area. Even if he had to go inside the pool equipment area there is a lot of space and not tight at all. Instead he asked for $295 to remove the hedge which is ridiculous. My neighbor also told me he has observed the gardeners don't do much. They just walk around with the blower blowing dust around instead of doing any real gardening. I don't think I am very demanding but if you don't do your job and ask for more money to do it then it's time to find a better service elsewhere.
