I waited throughout the holiday season, and by the time January rolled around, I discovered that Cathy was no longer employed at the firm, and my case had been closed. Not only had I lost the money, but I also lost access to my case portal, and despite multiple attempts to get in touch with the attorney, my calls were ignored. Olivia confirmed that the attorney had received my message, but there was no effort to resolve my case or respond to my concerns.
