Worst Service, don't waste your time! If the store is busy, you need to wait outside until they let you in, then once in, they ask you what you are looking for, then put you on their wait list to see a staff member..... Than, you wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.... we waited over 90+ minutes for someone to help us to buy few things, not worth it. read more

There was a wait to get in but that is to be expected with Hermes. It is worth the short wait. The staff put you on a help waitlist so you have the individual, uninterrupted assistance you need. Pretty decent selection options. I was impressed they had shoe options in my size. Definitely recommend this location! read more

The usual. Don't even bother going in. There's nothing new. Same boring design. The only desired items are Birkin and Kelly handbags that they never have to sell to tourists. The sales girls said they only sell to local customers. read more

I've never had a problem with Hermes in Paris, Italy or anywhere else. In Prague they look at you at the door and decide whether to let you in or not. Not a good strategy. read more
