I actually just happened to stumble upon this place after wandering around the area. The market is full of trinkets and items that's very tourist-centric. Many of the proprietors sell cheap shit like magnets, cups, post cards etc. Some of the shops carry produce or simple fruits and vegetables. A few others feature local artisans who sell handmade jewelry and paintings. Even though generally this place feels touristy, some of the stuff did feel very local and cool. I ended up buying a few small paintings because of the nice drawings of St. Charles bridge and other local attractions. Personally I think this isn't a place that you make a point of visiting unless you had some extra free time and wanted to check out some reasonably priced items to take back home with you (if you're a tourist). However, if you do stop by, I wouldn't be surprised if you do happen upon this place that you'll still take a few minutes to check out what they have. Some merchants here are more pushy than others but generally they are all ok. Some of them are also flexible about bargaining.

The Palladium is a large indoor shopping center (mall) in central Prague. We needed to purchase a…read moresports bag and everyone told us to come here as it was not too far from our hotel. The center is modern-attractive with a wonderful selection of stores. International brands located here include Marks and Spencer, Starbucks, McDonald's, Marco O'Polo and H&M. Many stores on many levels. The mall is very easy to navigate and there are just so many stores here to visit. The mall has a lot of stores and many twists and turns so it makes walking through here a lot of fun. You always have to look around the corner to find the hidden stores. There were many levels all connected by stairs or escalators. Overall, a great experience here with a lot of people who helped us navigate our way through the stores until we found exactly what we were looking for KUDOs to the team at Palladium.

Dropped by this mall late around 10:15pm one night on my way back to hotel. You're probably…read morethinking that's pretty late for a mall to be open and I thought the same! In reality only the building was open, the stores themselves were closed. When visiting Prague this was one of the more fascinating aspects I learned about the city. In addition to the many inter-building corridors, almost like shortcut passageways between streets, there are entire buildings open late into the night or 24 hours that passerby can enjoy as public spaces or arcades to walk through. Of course there are security guards and cameras posted all over and you can't just loaf around, instigate shenanigans or sleep in these spots. I was impressed by how safe, clean and well maintained they kept these passages; this mall was no exception. I walked the perimeter of 3 of the 5 floors and took a look around. What I saw--the mall is shaped like an oblong disc with a center atrium and a tall 5 story island in the middle, which also has stores. As of fall 2024 they had many commonly seen stores in Europe: H&M, Marks & Spencer, dm, Luxor, a lot of sporty brands like Geox, Converse, adidas, Vans Lacoste, Columbia, North Face as well as other apparel retailers like Gap, Falconeri, Levi's Guess, CalvinKlein, Intimissimi, Armani Exchange. Sephora, MAC, Lush, Claire's and L'occitane were some of the beauty retailers. Aside from this you can find a variety of specialty stores with accessories, electronics, toys, housewares, kids play zone. Downstairs in the basement was Albert supermarket and on the fifth floor a food hall with pretty typical mall food court offerings--Kentucky Fried Chicken, a handful of fast food Asian stalls, Burger King, McD's, ice cream, donuts, bubble tea and of course Starbucks (though this was on a lower level). So all in all quite a normal mall spread out over five floors.

The girl that works there is super friendly, speaks very little english but is always eager to practice. Their selection is from a much younger perspective, early to mid 20's which I like because the clothes tend to be smaller (but still a good selection) and actually fit me. They also always have multiple 10 crown bins, as well as a table set up in the back with different sales all the time, sometimes everything on the table is 20czk/50czk you get the idea. I have racked up numerous good deals with this place and was hesitant to share it with yelp because its one of my favorites and not well knows. They offer clothes, bags, shoes, jewelry, pantyhose, you name it. For the place being a bit small I'm surprised they can fit it all in there. This place is a second hand shop, just opened to the public and doesn't seem to have a big following yet. However, for the quality of the items they are selling, while the store is small, it is very inexpensive without even having sales. This will be a huge draw for thrifty clients. They have new looking jackets for 140 crowns, jeans for 140 crowns, shirts for 50 crowns, purses for 100 crowns and kitchenware (glasses,mugs,plates, ect) ranging from 10 crowns and up. Many of the items were either new with original tags or like new, but all in excellent condition. With prices this cheap, and items this good, I may need to add this place to the best thrift shopping in Prague list. I also must say this place was very clean, bright and near Na Porici for easy access. Overall glad I stopped in here quick to check it out so now I can tell all of you to as well!!!

You know, it´s always dangerous for your wallet to visit shops like this. Especially if they have…read moresuch a cool stuff. It´s a bit hidden in a passage but definitely worth going there. The place is divided into more rooms and two floors. The upper floor is under the roof so it can be a bit hot there if it´s a nice summer day. But it doesn´t really matter. Owner is a cool guy who is pretty good in bargaining but he is very reasonable. Anyway, that means that price tags are just tentative :-) Most of the furniture or decorations are in a very good shape and doesn´t really need any repairs. I bought there two Art Nouveau cupboards and a rocking chair for a very fair price. Delivery is not a problem. They don´t have a car but they have a guy who does the delivery for them so it´s not a problem to have the bought stuff at home till the next day or even in the same one. I can definitely recommend this place for anyone who likes old furniture and decorations.
