Ganesh: I have had a word with the claims team and they advised to allow 24-48 hrs for the refund as claim has been accepted.
paul stewart: yeah i did but the day before the refund i received an email from hermes asking for £10.40 extra postage as it wasn't correct so hermes could complete the delivery i paid the £10.40 .......the day after i received a refund of the initial postage and £25 compensation , i have paid an extra £10.40

paul stewart: an extra £10.40 the day before the refund so someone has the clubs in hermes , hermes haven't refunded the extra payment of £10.40 , they must have the clubs as they have weighed them and measured them ganesh, , they are in a department for extra payment not lost , i am awaiting a reply off 3 emails i have sent as yet no reply , i will ask the police in morley to call in and tell hermes to either phone me or sent the clubs on to me, n that ganesh i will take hermes to the small claims courts asking for a new set of clubs as hermes aren't willing to help me with this , i have spent enough time on here trying ton explain

paul stewart: why ask for an additional £10 40 if you have lost the clubs, hermes weighed them and then asked for extra payment then the day after refunded me the first postage and the compensation ???? i don't want the refund ganesh , i want the parcel as its clearly in hermes
Ganesh: I can feel your frustration and even I would get frustrated by this but as the parcel is deemed as lost we have paid the money to you and are ready to pay the extra amount one you send the bank details.
paul stewart: failing that I'm taking hermes to a small clains court ganesh , this is out of order , one department that asked for extra payment , they must have the clubs , the other department just sends refunds out

paul stewart: how can they be lost if you have weighed them and measured them , how hard can this be to understand
Ganesh: I completely understand your frustration Paul, but the audit is done at depot and the parcel is lost at Hub.The last tracking point was at the Hub but as millions of parcels go through the Hub a week, we can't arrange a specific sweep for your item.
