So I am trying to compare these theaters with the ones in Amarillo and the one in Childress. It is somewhere in between those two. It is a small theater. Only a few screens. The ticket is $7. Not too bad. The drinks and stuff are cheaper than Amarillo theaters but the sizes are smaller too. There aren't any stadium seats but the theaters are clean nonetheless. I don't recall my feet sticking to the floor. We decided it is worth an hour drive to go there as opposed to the Childress theater. It is also decent enough to save the extra hour to Amarillo.

I realize how spoiled I am coming from Dallas with the stadium seating and comfortable seats, which this theatre has none of. You can hear the movie in the next auditorium playing and before the previews it is really dark in the auditorium so it's hard to see who is sitting where. I will say the prices for admission and food are great and nice people. It's currently June 2022 and today we got a trailer for Top Gun 2, scheduled to come out in Summer 2020. Obviously it was delayed due to covid but it was bizarre seeing a trailer for a movie supposed to come out 2 years ago. But this is THE movie theatre in the town so better enjoy it.

Show. Dogs. Do I…read moreneed to say more... Yelp thinks I do. If you've never had a show dog, it completely and totally enhances the movie experience. It's just a humble hot dog, but it's all about the nostalgia, man. Their concessions are so cheap! I live in the city and I forgot time after time how over priced it is in the city. We got 8 hot dogs, 2 large drinks, and a large popcorn for $33!? Can you believe that! I couldn't. We got a DEAL! Theater is great quality. They have maintained the vintage feel of the liberty theater and it also is a nostalgic feel. Screen quality it great and they show awesome movies. I always love going to Liberty theater.
