Switched to Thom's office with Allstate 3 yrs ago and have had nothing but great personal service…read moresince. Had my first claim with Allstate a few weeks ago and Thom was right there when I needed him the most. He called Allstate claims and got the ball rolling. He had a company come out to cover up my window and Allstate called me later that day. The window was fixed the next day and Allstate gave me a check even before I got a bill from the repair guy. His office staff is great too. Chris answers all my questions and is very nice. I have sent all my fiends and family to them. I know that if I have an accident Thom will be there for me. That's why I have stayed with Allstate and his office. Personal service when I need it. Last thing. Allstate has a cool phone app and I can pay my bill online if I need to.
