We found Wallpaper Elegance & made an appointment with Amalia, who understood the assignment immediately! She came out to our home for an on-site consultation and helped us narrow our search for a large-scale banana leaf print for the powder room, and grasscloth for the Tiki Lounge, even making a suggestion for an accent wall that I would have never thought of. It must be noted that they do not only offer wallpaper services! We had custom floor-to-ceiling drapes made in gorgeous moss velvet and vintage accent chairs reupholstered in stunning salmon pink velvet. The wallpaper installation was seamless and easy, taking a few days, and everything was completed on time. Our Tiki Lounge is amazing! It's the perfect escape at the end of the day, and we love entertaining in the space (it's hidden behind sliding barn doors, so it's a nice surprise for guests!). The powder room is such a fun pop in our otherwise neutral & calming space. I wouldn't hesitate to use Wallpaper Elegance in the future and can't say enough about how easy they were to work with.

To be clear, we did not use LVGB Wallpaper first our project. This review only pertains to our…read morerequest for a quote, and that already was not a good experience. We reached out to LVGB through Yelp on 6/10/24. Gabriel replied pretty quickly to ask for my phone number, which I provided and told him I would be available to discuss anytime after 3 pm. For context, I work from home and am frequently on conference calls or Zoom meetings, which is why I wasn't immediately available. At about 5:30 pm after I hadn't heard from anyone, I sent Gabriel a message to follow up; he replied that he would call me to discuss all details. It's now been one week since we originally reached out and we haven't heard from anyone at LVGB. Interestingly, when we first reached out LVGB had one 5-star review and a bunch of reviews that were not recommended by Yelp. As of today they have zero reviews (obviously with the exception of this review) so we're wondering if the one review they had was even legitimate.
