The total opposite was my experience over a year she was selling my house. Actually, that's a lie, her receptionist did all the work to sell my house. In over a year Alice walked inside my house twice. That's right twice. She is what they call a post and pray Realtor. Her receptionist posted their sign on my yard, and she did nothing else. The good news is I got rid of her and got Gloria Apolinario. She was with Simms and Guess (REMAX now). In 33-days Gloria got over 80 people in my house and it sold in a little more than a month. Alice had a couple dozen folks in my house in a years time. You do the math. My recommendation is when you get a realtor, make sure the contract says you can cancel at any time for any reason. Secondly find Gloria, I can guarantee no one will work harder, have more innovative ideas, and be in your house ever week to insure it's always in a sellable condition.

Closed on a house recently via email. I had a few questions and called them and left a message. I…read moretalked to my Real Estate agent to see if she could help, she didn't know the answer but also called them and they never called back. I sent back the notarized documents anyway, after I did the best to make sense of what they needed. Then the lady calls me the next morning griping at me because I didn't do something correctly and I said I took my best guess because you never called me back. She then stated she did but I never answered. I check my call logs and she never did. So I again fill out the papers with then new info, get them notarized and mailed back. This is about a 90 minute chore ans $24 expense each time. The house closed and they did not notify me or my agent, I only found out by checking my bank account and seeing the proceeds deposited. No call, no Email, nothing from them. They did their job, yes, but caused a delay of a house sale because they wouldn't call me back to answer a simple question.

We were thrilled with their performance and delighted with the results when we enlisted their services . Needing to relocate wasn't in our plans but when the Oilfeild dried up we had no choice.
