The best part was the water slides! It'd been a while since I'd been on a water slide and man, these were fun! I had no idea this place was as cool as it is. Plenty of lifeguards around as well and they were keeping a great eye on all the kids. There are a lot of picnic tables, lounge chairs and even a good amount of shade available. Some people were bringing in EZ-Ups, but I don't know if that's always allowed. The restrooms were also very well maintained. I'd definitely come here again!

I was excited to enroll my baby (9 months) in the parent and me class but after taking her to two it is literally an absolute waste of my time. The "instructor" is a teenage bozo who cannot remember 5 kids names for the life of him nor does he explain why/what skill is being shown/taught OR talk loud enough for you to hear what he wants you to do. It is just repetitive dunking of your baby's head in water while he looks off into the distance at the clock counting down the 30 minutes. I can do this on my own time. Waste of $55 and your time, I guess you get what you pay for. I will be taking my baby elsewhere to an actual reputable swim class with instructors who are actually trained and maybe give a damn. Shame on management for just assigning some random kid to teach a class of babies how to learn fundamental water safety/exposure.

I've been working out in gyms my entire life. As a former security escort for Arnold Schwarzenegger…read moreand his then wife Maria Shriver in the 90's-- to this day-- I stay fit. I had to laugh when I read the poor reviews because I rate the Rancho Cucamonga LA Fitness among the top five I've ever trained in over the years. Brendan and his staff are professional, courteous, and represent the best image of LA Fitness. My fellow members are very nice people. No riffraff-- which suits me just fine. It's worth paying the price to be a member of this gym and I highly recommend you check it out. In contrast, 24 Hour Fitness is a rat hole. It smells like a dirty wet shoe. If you want to get fit at the best gym in Rancho Cucamonga, go with LA Fitness.

Yesterday I received a call from Brendan from (909) 948 7583, so I walked it at 1:45 with a 3 day…read morepass. I told him on the way out see you tomorrow since I had a 3 day pass and this is the proof in my email. Yearly price was around 550$ which is significantly more than 24 but it's a nice gym, he stated before the pass was over there's a deal that's 400+ a year with no annual fee. I walked in right now and he refused to allow me entry saying he couldn't give me a 3 day pass, he allowed me to go in after I showed him this, Brendan just stated to me that he said "see you tomorrow" as he thought I was gonna sign up which I never committed too before finishing the three days pass. All in all it's a very nice gym, and I understand he wants his commission, but how many people has he turned away with a 3 day pass? If you look thru the comments I see other comments that say he's turned them away from the their 3 day pass as well, which sadly he's making it look like LA Fitness is false advertising on their website that you can get a 3 day try out, but he's turning people away. In my years of training Muay Thai in different Dojos, and then going to different gyms in the years from LA, to 24, to Chuze I gotta say Brendan seems to be the worse example representing a brand in gym leadership. Honestly seems like he wants to strong arm you to sign up or leave right then and there.

We appreciated that the front desk staff told us we could pay month to month without needing to keep our credit card on file for automatic withdrawals. So we decided to pay for the first three months in advance, but when we went to pay for the next few months in advance again, we were informed that we now had to put our credit card on file. I asked to speak with the manager, who explained that this policy change was due to members not paying their monthly fees while continuing to work out. My concern is why the receptionist didn't stop those members when they scanned in or call them to inform them that they could not continue using the gym if their membership fees were unpaid. Unfortunately, the actions of those members have negatively impacted us who are willing to pay in advance. Sadly we had to cancel our membership since we don't like keeping our credit card on file especially a gym.
