I have only had pleasant experiences with the staff here - they have been polite and helpful and…read moreonly occasionally maybe a bit curt when the place is really busy and everyone is under pressure - so understandable. If I make an appointment I am usually in and out in a reasonable amount of time. If I show up without an appointment at a busy time I will have to wait but there is a screen to let me know how long my wait will be, and I have found it be reasonably accurate. It can feel a bit cramped when it is busy that that is not the staff's fault.

They shoved me into the very back of the place left me there for 20 min before sending a rude nurse to tell me they won't do my test . She basically treated me like a leper and they refused to take my test saying I was highly contagious. After googling the virus i learned that's simply not true. They sent me to public health for the testing for no reason . Public health told me when I got there that they should have done the testing and there was no reason for them to act like that. Public health literally had to call them and tell them in the future not to turn people away as it's not a public health concern. I was then sent to a 3rd location to get the tests done. Went to stone rd location. Took all of 5 minutes I was in and out without any problems. I can't believe how the Farley drive location of lifelabs handles it's patient's. This place should be closed down for their unknowledgable and unprofessional actions. I will not be going back there ever unless absolutely necessary! Also I am a disabled person who doesn't drive and if I didn't have my friend with me I would have had to take busses to go to 3 separate locations costing over 15 dollars and 4 hrs worth of bus rides to this all because of 1 persons ignorance and rudeness. Don't go here !
