Since I was splurging I got the Safari Family package which included tokens, tickets, escape rooms and activities. The game room is full of various types of games from little kid games, to VR games, to ticket games. My daughter and I really enjoyed the VR pods while my son went for the ticket games. We were there during the day on a weekday so it wasn't crowded at all. The first activity we did was the mirror maze and it's not huge but they enjoyed it as part of the whole experience. We also did the 7D Theater and that was probably the most favorite activity. You strap into moving chairs and go on a ride to shoot zombies etc. next we headed over to laser tag and shot each other bunch. The same lady got us set up for each activity and was very nice. Finally we headed over to the Escape room which was very basic and small but was very fun. We were able to escape but used a lot of hints.

My fiancée, my friends and I went on Saturday night and we were amazed by the quality and cleanliness of the alley. Not all alleys are clean and well-kept. We paid $30 for one hour of bowling and it was worth it. Shoes were $2.50 a pair, and the house balls were solid. No issues with them. There was a slight mechanical error in the first part of our second game, but the staff fixed it and gave us time to finish out our second game. That shows they are kind and customer-service oriented. I had a follow-up concern as well (not a big deal) that the staff (Kim and others) were super-kind in trying to address. Even little things like that make this alley a perfect 300 when it comes to a good experience. I highly recommend!

Then after that whole ordeal, manager didn't do anything about this and it came for our bill, 5 people but of course we didn't tip after that! Waiter came by and YELLED about the tip as we are walking out and staring daggers at the females. NOT coming back, no closure on this situation neither.
