They love the people in their care so much that the residents pick up that caring feeling and care for each other. By the time she'd been at Brandywine for a couple of days, she started wearing her earrings and lipstick, nice clothes, and after a month, the improvement in her was remarkable. She has made friends and plays bingo every day, and she loves Biscuit, the Brandywine rescue shih-tzu. The staff is wonderful, caring, and supportive, and there is always enough staff to attend to an emergency. They keep great track of their seniors' whereabouts, and if she needs, help is just a push of a button away. Not only is my mom much happier, but we are as well, since we're not worried about her all the time. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

They have taken excellent care of her medically, and do their best to meet all her other needs for social interaction, comfort, entertainment, etc. They have medical, dental, rehab, physical therapy, etc. onsite. When our mom was left in a vulnerable situation due to the abrupt shutdown of her previous facility, we were filled with anxiety and concern. She was sent without our authorization to another facility that was over an hour away in heartbreaking conditions. By some miracle we were put in touch with Leslie Yngojo-Bowes, Director of Community Relations, Mae Limusco, Director of Wellness and later with Sharon Moore, the Executive Director who became our ray of hope. Not only did they open their doors when our family was in crisis, but they also demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to ensuring our mom's comfort, happiness and well-being. To detail the outstanding efforts of Leslie, Mae and Sharon would take more than we could possibly express in this review. From the beginning, they have gone above and beyond to make this transition as smooth as possible.
