We had a great experience with the six-week beginner obedience classes. The facility is very nice,…read morespacious and even includes clean Port-a-Johns on the property. Our classes were indoors but she has outdoor training, too. There are "poop bags" located on the property and trash cans by the gate. The location is easy to get to. Robin is an excellent instructor who breaks the training into easy segments that build on each other from week to week. She is supportive and yet very clear of her expectations and instructions. She sends a summary email after each class to remind the owner and fur baby of the things that were covered in that week's class. I will be continuing more classes with her.

Our 4 dogs were boarded there for about 10 days and our oldest suffered an emergency so they brought him to the vet for us and stayed with him until they could reach us... mind you we was on a cruise so it was delayed messages and missed calls, but they kept trying. Once we touched base they still kept up with us on progress of him. The compassion from staff was great, we arrived home 2 days later and ended up having to put our baby down . The owner was super sweet once we arrived for other dogs. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great care for your babies. Thank you again Prancing Puppy we very much appreciated it.

I had to go back and edit my review. At first, I wasn't really that impressed with the clinic, but…read moreI think it's because it's not what I'm used to. I like the old fashion style, where the doctor does it all and the tech basically holds the pet and works the billing. This is a much bigger operation and the tech does most of the physical or hands on procedures. It's more like a human hospital in that regard with the techs being more like registered nurses. I can imagine there is a lot of overhead and that is why the cost is considerably more. Still I had some questions after our visit and the doctor cleared up some misunderstanding I had regarding the diagnosis of my pet, so I'm very appreciative of that. This is a costly place though, and we did have to wait, in spite of all the techs and staff.
