I said it would have been nice to know that since I waited 20 minutes for his call. Made a second appointment and spoke to a guy for 30 minutes. He said he would review with his team and get back with me. He did the next day saying they weren't going to accept my wrongful firing claim. No explanation in his email. Just said they weren't going to pursue it. I replied to the email asking why and never heard back. I left a message with the secretary asking for the guy to call me back. Never received a call back. I called again and left a message on his office voicemail.. Never received a call back. If this is how I was treated, I wouldn't want them representing me at any time. Stay away. Look elsewhere.

I'm suffering with a serious head injury trauma from an accident on the highway. Someone named Angela transferred me to a Richard Vaglienti and he was extremely rude, nothing about his demeanor was friendly and he rudely told me that if you have a lawyer we cant speak to you. Fortunately, another law firm walked me through the process of switching lawyers and was so kind and helpful in taking my case, so that I can focus on healing. I did not seek out Vaglienti, I sought out Mr. Colombo, but if this attorney is the type of people he employ's or works with, then id say I dodged a bullet. Search for lawyers who care, it will go a long way in helping you recover.

At the end of the shift that he fell asleep on he asked the shift manager for money to get home. We told the company that Friday that we would not be using his services anymore. The company was supposed to get in contact with us regarding our terrible experience the following Monday and I never heard from them. I had to contact them that Tuesday to express my displeasure at the quality of employee they sent. Later that afternoon I received a phone call from them asking us "how it was working out with the employee they sent us." I couldn't help but to ask if this was a joke call. This week we received a $900 bill for one week of work and they have ZERO intentions of reducing that bill. I would NOT recommend using their services for ANY employment.
