Holley's has always been my furniture store of choice and you and your family of stores will always be a part of the Davis' household. Steve Walden helped me furnish my first house here in Tallapoosa County over 15 years ago and he was my first introduction to Holley's. He helped me put together a collection of furniture that have become treasured possessions and will be for generations to come from our Grandfather Clock to other pieces that we consider treasures. Thank you again for taking care of and repairing my recliner and for keeping a high quality business in Alex City. My chair looks great! Thanks again! Casey Davis

Although there's a lot of neat stuff inside, there aren't several separate, discrete stores or booths...it's all one business. Drive by and you'll just see the concrete figurals outside. We did that probably a dozen times, spread across our stays around Lake Martin. As we were departing the area this week, my lady wanted to get her sister a garden ornament, so we popped in. The management/owner(s) need to find a way to alert passersby that there is a plethora of neat stuff inside. Crafty stuff, touristy stuff, paddleboards, Big Green Eggs, and who knows what else. We were pinched for time, so I didn't have the opportunity to wander hither and yon, but if you're in the area, you could while away some time here. Nice folks and a very clean bathroom. Pick up a Lake Martin shirt or three, wander around and ogle the concrete statuary and wonder who would install that much gaudy in their yard. Although the life-sized Great Dane figures were cool. If I had a suitably-sized abode, I'd drop one of those things in the foyer or on the porch.

They do have some higher priced furniture but I was very happy with what I got. The workers were constantly checking on me and even helped me make a decision. They loaded the couch in my dad's truck for me and helped us tie it down for the trip home! They also have a lot more furniture online with great prices. I wanted a couch that day so I picked one in the store but had I been able to wait for one I would've looked more at their online inventory. They also have a whole back room for clearance items. I was also looking for a coffee table and side table but those were a tad expensive so I ended up just getting the couch. Very pleased with this place and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a couch!

I tried to reach out via their email address twice with photos (both emails were returned undeliverable). I then tried to reach out twice via their "contact us" portal and never heard back. I then called them and left messages twice. No call-back. I then contacted my credit card company to file a dispute after leaving a message that would be my next course of action. Finally, I received a text to please send photos of the damage and a rude message that their server must be down. I requested that since one of the pair was badly broken, and I could not use/never would have purchased just one, I would like a refund for both or a pre-paid label to return to them the non-broken one. The owner told me I would have to pay to return the non-broken one! And they were unable to provide a replacement as these were the last two. After all they put me through, this is what they're willing to do for customer service? What good to me is one non-broken item of a pair when they have no replacements to send out? Completely illogical and horrible customer service. Never again! Certainly not the warm southern hospitality and high integrity I was used to when living in North and South Carolina for 20 years.
