He tested the elevator and found that it was working perfectly - We both rode up and down with his tools easily 350lbs. Last week it wouldn't budge with me and a large box of cushions - 175lbs at most. He and I agreed that he should perform a full service. After he left, I saw the builder - on further discussion, we agreed that it had to do with one of the power outage/brownouts that affected the SLO County last week. We all agreed that any further problems - Heacock was 'on it' and would respond accordingly. First rate service from a first rate company -

These Guys Are Good…read more.... My wife and I rearranged our garage and found 3 things to haul away. I forgot my 2 excellent experiences with It's All Good.....the 1st in 2018 and 2nd in 2023.....and started to look through Yelp. Then I remembered It's All Good and immediately gave them a call. It was a Monday and we scheduled our pickup for 10 AM on Thursday. Around 345 PM on Wednesday afternoon, I got a call from Sandra, the owner (with her husband), saying a truck was in the area and could they drop by 430-5 PM. I said sure. At 430 PM, she sent a text to say they'd arrive at 445 PM. They pulled up right on time. Two guys came out and, even though it was the end of a long day, they couldn't have been nicer. They checked the items, decided how to handle things and were back on their way within 3 minutes. I paid the "minimum charge" of $95 for a pickup and waved goodbye. Next time we need to remove some large or bulky items from the house, I'll make sure not to forget "It's All Good Junk Removal".

You admit your mistakes yourself. All you had to say was "I was not aware that you hadn't been informed, and for that I apologize." If you're the business owner, shouldn't you be overseeing the communication? I believe the reason you "chose" not to work with us (and it's mutual, don't forget) is that what you call "problems from miles away" is a woman who has standards and holds people accountable. If you avoid that, it says a lot about the kind of job you would do. If you were confident you would do a good job, you wouldn't recoil.
