I think that there are times when businesses can be so inundated that there is no room to breathe, and I believe that this is what happened with our communication with Tom Decker. Spaces in my flooring. The trim for the floor in the corners is about 3/4 inch spaces they were going to fill with caulk. The wood doesn't even go together. When I brought this to Allen's attention he got nasty saying I was "hovering" and they rushed. This couldn't be farther from the truth. Apparently I didn't "hover" enough or these things wouldn't have happened. And they were the ones that rushed to pick up their kids. When I hired him he was supposed to work 8:00-4:00, not one day did they work those hours. My new contractor has to rip apart flooring, trim and I have to patch and paint more than I wanted to. They used a crow bar to remove the old trim and left large marks in my walls. He did offer to fix this I did not want him in my house anymore. I've got pictures of all this I will post on another website.
