Herbert is a nice doctor that doesn't talk much.straight to the point I had.my most private matter drug from me. I was told no judgement I was family. I just wanted my file closed. But instead my private matter was brought up to everyone that works there. A different lady comes on the phone wanting to know what I want. I told her there's been a mix up and I'm going to hang up. No you're among friends no judgement here let us help you. So I gave my private story while at krogers.so after I told my private matters I was told..nope we can't help you. So telling the complete office of Herbert long did nothing except give them something to laugh at. Herbert long could not prescribe the meds I needed. Should've went no further. But it's supper time so I'm sure the office workers family's are having a good laugh at my expenses. Im no longer a patient and my daughter will be leaving soon read more
