The staff is hospitable, friendly, and knowledgeable. There was an assortment of edibles, flowers, oils, beverages, branded merch, and even a topical balm. They even had a .75g dime bag. The novelty of it all was quite interesting. What I liked most was that there was an adult shopping experience, not like the neon signed, comically named places, targeting a younger crowd. This little outpost still offers the classic Polanco Bros color palette complemented by softer lighting, wooden floors, and well-staged products. Well done, gents. Well done. I asked him if I could tip over cash app or Venmo because I didn't have any cash and you couldn't tip on the site. He absolutely refused, I insisted, and he told me that he wasn't even the delivery guy. He said that they gave the delivery fairies a couple days off because it was so hot. I'm not sure if he was the manager or what, he had a lot of tattoos up and down his arms and was white or light skinned (the lighting is horrible in my hallway), but he was so sweet! This has happened to me on multiple occasions. You also can't call the store directly, every call goes through a call center, this makes it difficult and frustrating when there is an issue with your order or you have a question about stock. I understand that it's easier for things to go wrong during a delivery order, but when you offer the service, you should get what you actually pay for. Buying weed shouldn't be this hard.
