This was my first dispensary visit and they did a great job helping me figure out what to try to help with my pain. I went in and was asked for my MMMP card and ID and then had to fill out a little bit of paperwork. The scent was a bit overwhelming for me, but that's more my problem since I'm unfamiliar with the whole process. I ran into a coworker as I was leaving the shopping area, which I wish I knew he went there prior, I'd have referred him! (Feel free to refer Angela Watts if you do go! LOL) read more

I love Herbal Solutions! Been going there since they opened and the place has barely changed in all these years. The best flower in town and a great variety of concentrates are two of its best qualities. The staff is another. Some of them feel like friends just from our great interactions in the shop. Very helpful! Because of Covid you still can't go in and check stuff out before buying but I trust this place so much I have no fears or qualms about putting in an order and picking it up in the lobby. Im not sure when it actually started, but this place is very discriminatory towards me for reasons i dont fully understand. I spend money is this dispensory and would come in to workers who seem to have some superiority complex because i l now leave feeling like crap. I accused by one of the employees of putting a fake punch in my punch card,which ultimately denied me the privilege of collecting points. I moved on from that and continued to spend money with them.and eventually after some months got a punch card back with a condecendinf piece of advice along with it...dont make us regret this. NOW today i placed and online order for 1.5 grams,which i have done multiple times before. When i arrived to pick up my order...the only had prepared 1 gram...to which I then indicated that it was supposed to be 1.5,the worker then returns inside to correct the order,but then comes out with a NEW RULE that customer cant order 1.5 anymore....wow,now its funny because i highly doubt this is an actual rule,this was specifically made up for me in that instant. I am not a recreational marijuana use...i am a medical user and the games the staff and owner have been playing are starting to indicate that they have an attitude about their own customer,when i ive always been pleasant and complimentary with every staff member...yes they smile and seem pleasant in return,but ultimately will implement MICRO AGRESSIONS towards me. First I haven't used this app in over 5 years. Had to make an new account because I couldn't remember old ones login info. It's just important to me that any serious patients are fully informed before visiting. The following is my google review from a month ago (from today's post date). I revisited and still the quality has not improved. Instead it looks like their asking friends to post positive reviews to push my informative real one down and discredit it. REVIEW- I have been going here for four going on five years but there has been a steady decline in bud quality over the last year and I did try talking this out with them (several times) before changing my review. In that discussion I learned some things only fair to disclose. It's not so much their fault as the state of things in the industry with legalization shaking everything up. I'm not saying that's ok but it is what it is. I can confirm this is still some of the best quality I can find right now but that doesn't make it good when the general state of things overall is bad. The concerning part was the lack of care given by the management over this fact. There was no remorse for having to supply an inferior product. As if it were not real medicine. Any offer to "make the situation right" was antagonizing and flippant as there was clear annoyance that I was complaining about their product which they still see to be valid medically when each bud yields average 3 seeds. I also requested indica crumble in May, November only seen three crumbles there in that time. Two were sativa dom and one a hybrid with a hybrid heavy lineage. They may have had more in this time but I visit once a month and yet to see an indica crumble and using the live resin is harsher on my lungs. It should be mentioned how increasingly difficult it is to find crumble at all, from my understanding it requires a separate license to produce due to the instability of the process of making it. I could be wrong, this is hearsay from a grower not associated with this business. Best quality in concentrates I've seen though. read more

Having worked in the industry for a number of years myself, I can say that the owners are the dregs of the AA area MMJ community. No one likes them and no one wants to work with them.
