Never heard back from them for 10 days. So I called.them back to find out what was going on, and the secretary would give them a note to call me back The guy that came out that looked at the problem called me back and he said the owner Scott ( which is on the beach Boulevard location) it was out of warranty. What a crock! The stuff was there the day they left ! I had spent a good amount of money with them ( also had them do another project In that time frame ) and yet Scott couldn't fix a problem for me being it was out of warranty when I caught the problem wow! That is poor customer service I work in the trade industry-as well, but not what they do, but I know what I do for a living demands quality and customer service are the most important thing for what I do. Would not recommend them and won't ever do business with them ever again !

We hired Honey Do Service to do multiple repairs/jobs around my mom's house. The work that we…read morecontracted them for ranged from replacing rotted wood siding to vinyl siding repairs, as well as finish work for a breezeway ceiling. Along the way, they noticed a few things that needed attention and called/emailed us immediately to inform us and to see what we wanted to do. Communication was great throughout the entire job. Michael was the main handyman on the job and was wonderful! His attention to detail with the woodworking was excellent. Freddy also helped Michael during the process. Both gentlemen were kind, respectful and careful with how they handled the jobsite. I also have to give a shout out to Scott (owner) and Brittany (office) - they were great to work with. Overall, we are very satisfied and highly recommend them. Thank you, The Honey Do Service! We are very happy with the work you did!

They are fairly priced and get the job done right the first time. I can't say enough about how accommodating and professional they are. They also repaired all the siding around my chimney, and sealed the roof and flashing between my house and screened enclosure.

They have been here for 2 weeks but actually have been out in the yard collectively for only about 1 hour total and that's not an exaggeration. They are very unprofessional when they are there they are on their phones. We did our research and thought Tadlock roofing would do a good job, we also upgraded the roof…read moreshingles and we paid 3,000 extra for a new chimney siding to be redone to follow manufacturer warranty guidelines, but we are very disappointed. Essentially this roof install voided my Owens Coring warranty and exposed water on my back patio ceilings and it collapsed and they exposed water to my attic floor which will eventually collapse. They refuse to fix these. On April 6th and 7th of 2022, Tadlock Roofing installed our roof during seasonal rain and showers in Gainesville. Tadlock roofers failed to cover exposed decking, exposed chimney rafters, insulation, felt paper, framing/lumber and back patio ceiling. Tadlock did not follow Owen's Coring manufacturer guidelines when installing a roof during inclement weather, and per Owens Coring, this voids our warranty and they refuse to fix. Two months after they installed my roof, my back patio ceiling fell and we noticed they allowed rain to fall on the attic flooring and Tadlock Roofing will not fix any damages.

A few weeks later the problem wasn't fixed- still leaking. So we called again. They came out and fixed again; (which means replace a few shingles, use some caulk and glue down old shingles they didn't replace. Roof still leaked. We called several times with no response. Hired a new roofer to come out and investigate and what do you know we had a HUGE HOLE in the wood under the shingles in our roof under the old shingles that the didn't investigate or look at. Apparently the area of the leak is quite common with new construction and you would think that a business like All Around Roofing would know this after 30+ years in the business. Nope, they just let the hole remain there for someone else to clean up and do the job. When I called All Around Roofing about a refund I was told: absolutely not. I was told that they don't guarantee their work for this reason and didn't have to refund anything and that they did the best job they could at the time. When I told the owner that I would have been better off going up there myself and putting Elmer's glue on the roof myself he said perhaps I should have, then he hung up on me (so much for professionalism). They replaced shingles that didn't need to be replaced, left the undiscovered hole on my roof to continue to cause damage and called it a day. I basically threw away $500 dollars into the wind. Buyer beware---DIY with a hammer, nails and Elmer's glue is a better option than these guys! Go somewhere else, these guys aren't only unprofessional they also have zero integrity and won't give you a warranty or back up their product or work. There are much better roofers out there!! There is a picture that I added here so you could see for yourself the huge hole that All Around Roofing didn't find the first or second time they came out to fix the leak in our roof.
