The piece is complicated; lots of seams, pockets, and moving parts, but also mechanics under the chair and power cords to deal with. Not only was the upholstery work beautifully done, but the chair worked without a hitch when they returned it. They delivered the chair in a timely manner, assembled all the pieces, and made sure it was in working order before they left. As I mentioned, it's been a few years since the work was completed; my dad has passed, but the chair has been handed down to another family member, and the upholstery still looks as good as new. I'm sorry I don't have images, trust me. I will definitely use M & G again. Great workmanship and excellent customer service.

Not only were they thorough in explaining the estimate and repair process, they followed up multiple times to try and schedule an appointment -- only wish grandma would have put in her hearing aids a little sooner to answer their calls!
