It took over a week for them to get it fixed, stating it was a priority. We called and left messages for status updates, only for them to go unanswered. When we finally went to pick the truck up it was like we were a bothering them by showing up. They had us wait for a good 45 minutes before handing us keys, taking our check, then waving us out the door. We didn't get far before finding out there was no antenna for the stereo and a check engine light popped on. Took it back and they cleared the code that the tech forgot to clear, said they'd find the antenna and call us. They lost the antenna, so they're ordering a new one. Weeks later and traveling we find out the tire jack is missing pieces, including the spare tire key. Now we're out the additional cost of getting that addressed not to mention the inconvenience of the entire situation. Wouldn't work with this dealership again, purely based on how we were treated when we went to pick up the truck, not to mention all the other things

I had a flat tire in Parker, Arizona during a recent trip, and Benny Jr came out to help me on…read moreshort notice -- which I really appreciated. His timing was great, and he got right to work. Super professional in how he handled the job itself. That said, the tire he brought wasn't the correct size for my vehicle. It helped me get back home, but now I have to buy a whole new set of tires because of it. I was also charged $430 for one tire to be mounted, which feels steep -- especially considering it wasn't even the right size. From what I understand, there may have been some miscommunication between Benny Jr and his dad Benny Sr who handles the scheduling. I don't think it was malicious, just disorganized. All in all, I'm grateful for the help when I really needed it -- but I ended up paying a high price (literally and figuratively) due to the tire mix-up.
