Communication was poor--I was promised multiple callbacks that never happened. When I finally rescheduled an appointment, I expected a phone call and never got one--only to learn they thought it was in person. The front desk is unhelpful and confused, making it hard for existing clients to get support. I was charged $375--much higher than the $275 I usually pay at H&R Block, where I get faster, more professional, and more efficient service. This firm might work for others, but I won't be returning.
