I began working with Mr. McNair approximately a year and a half ago for a process that was clearly quoted to take around three months. Nearly 18 months later, the work is still not complete. During this time, I have signed countless documents, paid out-of-pocket for notary fees, and repeatedly complied with every request made of me in an effort to move things forward. Despite my patience and cooperation, there has been no meaningful progress. To make matters worse, the company has now completely stopped communicating. My calls go unanswered. My emails are ignored. There is absolutely no accountability, no transparency, and no respect for clients' time or money. Delays can happen in business -- but disappearing on a paying client after dragging a three-month process into a year and a half is unacceptable. This level of disorganization and disregard is beyond unprofessional. I strongly caution anyone considering working with this company. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

Mary has no customer service skills, just overall ugly and nasty attitude on and off the phones. Sam jumped down my throat after I ask for a copy of my file by saying am I firing him because he don't play that!!? Then he tries to make me feel as if I have not been doing my part as a client when I have been doing EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN ASKED OF ME. I tell him about the late deadlines and how Mary was mishandling my documents by sending them to the wrong address his only response is I'll talk to her about that. She will never be corrected or repimanded on her disgusting behavior. I found out on my own that something extremely important was electronically filed against me. I was due April 18th. Mary sent it to the wrong address on April 10th. I had to come to office to get a printed copy on April 22nd still no one told me about these documents being due. A motion was filed April 30th for failure to respond which resulted in my documentation being due on May 15th. Mary set up an appointment for me to see Sam on May 18th to submit my documentation. I was the only person keeping tabs and open communication during my proceeding. If I didn't catch this in time this could have resulted in me being held in contempt, my case being dismissed or my case being overall defaulted on due to me not responding to this order. NOT ONE TIME WAS I UPDATED OR INFORMED!!! During the entire eight months of hiring y'all I called and checked in MULTIPLE times on updates regarding my case and Mary said there was never any updates. She does not do her job and it shows. My requests that I asked of y'all back in freaking January had never been acted on my behalf and was NEVER filed. I gave y'all tons of documentation yet y'all never advocated for me. Sam told me to trust him during this process, he said they have been doing so much for me and that they have been doing A LOT!!? WELL SHOW ME THE PROOF.... SHOW ME ANY OF WHAT I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING SINCE JANUARY!??!? CAUSE ALL I SEE IS THE OPPOSING PARTY MOTIONS FILED AGAINST ME!!! Am I only being billed for meetings and you holding on to my documentation while not doing anything with them? Upon obtain my file Mary still had a nasty attitude as if I did her something wrong. I'm fighting for my life while y'all just sit around and ignore any and all my requests while pretending to be in my best interest. Once again I put my trust in someone who I thought was there to help me during such a stressful and detrimental time in my life when all they did was SHATTERED my trust, took my money and tell me good luck after I no longer wanted their service. I retained attorney Christine "Cassie" Hernandez for a criminal defense case and paid nearly…read more$50,000 in fees. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling like I was sold confidence up front and then abandoned when it mattered most. From the start, she repeatedly described my case as "winnable" and spoke as if dismissal or a trial victory was well within reach. That level of certainty is what convinced me to hire her and continue paying as the case moved forward. As time went on, the communication did not match the stakes. I rarely received clear, proactive updates about discovery, strategy, or what the prosecution's evidence actually looked like. When I asked direct questions, the responses were often vague or dismissive. She also told me multiple times that several witnesses would be appearing for both sides, even claiming she'd seen some of them at the courthouse. Later, I learned that some of these "witnesses" were never on any witness list and were not actually expected to testify. Then, on the morning trial was set to begin, the messaging flipped completely. After months of telling me we could win, she suddenly emphasized that the prosecution's case was strong and that trial was risky. That was the first time she spoke candidly about the seriousness of the situation. At that point, she pushed hard for me to accept a plea deal. Given everything I'd been told before, I felt blindsided, rushed, and pressured into making an irreversible decision. Another aspect of this that didn't sit right with me: she discussed potentially doing business with my company. She talked about expanding her office and building an adjacent space and suggested she would use my company for the work--creating the impression that some of what I paid her might come back through that arrangement. Later, it became clear there was no real project underway and no actual plan to hire my company. What happened after the plea was even worse. She explained the plea as if I could plead guilty and still pursue an appeal right away, as though it was part of the plan. But after I pled guilty and ended up in jail, she visited me once and then told me an appeal would require an additional $25,000. This was never clearly stated earlier, and it certainly wasn't presented as outside the scope of the nearly $50,000 I had already paid. When I objected--because the plea-and-appeal approach was what she urged at the last minute--she refused to proceed without more money. In the end, I'm left with a criminal record, no refund, and no appeal, after paying nearly $50,000. I feel like I was given assurances to keep me paying, then steered into a plea deal at the last second, and then asked for even more money afterward. After this happened, I read more of her online reviews and saw other clients describing similar issues. My advice: be extremely cautious, get everything in writing (especially what's included and what costs extra), and don't rely on verbal promises or confident predictions.
