I had very friendly interaction with both Tristan (dental assistant) and Christopher (office manager I believe), as well as Dr Taylor. They were very forthcoming about care options going forward and set up expectations for costs. I now have some professional input to inform my choices on what to do next. As I was being escorted out, I asked about payment for this visit (single x-ray, brief exam & consult with dentist) and was informed there was no charge for initial visit. That struck me as very generous of them. So I had only positive interaction with the staff & leave with a good taste in my mouth for the way they run their practice.

Once getting there, filling out forms with all the necessary personal information. Even-though I have no issues with any of my teeth or gums that would warrant x-rays he would not let me have my teeth cleaned. I informed him of past breast cancer and that I avoid unnecessary radiation as much as possible. The dentist said that without the x-rays he could not do his job. I asked if he could do a visual exam and I will allow x-rays if needed when a problem arises. The dentist said to go somewhere else. Rude person with no explanation why he can't have tech clean teeth without an x-ray.
