I found corrosion and cracks in the metal pipe between the water meter and the water main. Two technicians from the Roto-Rooter came but they said the repair should be done by the town and it's not their responsibility, but just took the check. A town officer recommended a few plumbers who can do the job and Mr. Baker was the only plumber who called back. To make a long story short, Mr. Baker fixed the problem in no time and he also addressed potential problems that might occur down the road. So I asked him to replace a the partially corroded type M copper pieces with new ones. His long experience in this field obviously is shown in his professionalism and trust.
