She needed someone who was empathetic, as this was a high conflict divorce. From the start, Marc was excellent in evaluating the situation and and informing my daughter of everything so she had a firm grip of what to expect and how to proceed. Anytime she needed Marc to answer anything, he was there for her and helped calm her down and reassured her that everything will be ok. When he was not available, his assistant, Kylie, was truly amazing and was there for my daughter every step of the way. Marc and Kyle are an unstoppable team and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is going through a divorce, especially with children involved. Marc knows his way around the courtroom and even the clerks there said he was their favorite! Holly and Ashley

Fighting for my kids was an uphill battle and I had been failed by multiple people. When I hired Marc he hit the ground running and quickly learned what a mess it was. It was literally the fight for my life and he made the entire process as stress free and easy as he possibly could. He was able to get the biased persons removed and the right people placed on my case. He moved mountains and I now have custody of my kids. I'm not saying this will be everyone's result but if you want someone you can trust and that will fight for you and your family this is the lawyer to go to!

My fiancé met with the attorney and he informed him of a new price more than 3 times the original amount. We brought this to the attorneys attention and he lowers the price a little, however, he became upset due to us bringing the discrepancy to his attention and says to "find someone else" and proceeds to hang up on us. BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMING LAW FIRM! We did ultimately find another law firm that is honest, upfront, and professional. There are too many options for great attorneys to settle for a horrible firm such as Warner Bates.

I felt comfortable from the beginning even though we couldn't meet in person due to Covid precautions. Mr. Woody was honest in his expectations after all the due diligence, financials, etc. were in place as to what I would most likely receive as a settlement. He kept a calm demeanor, and even provided humor when needed. Mr. Woody was always on time for our scheduled appointments via telephone, Zoom, and responsive if I had questions to be answered later. After negotiations, two mediations, no minor children to provide for (just continued support for 1 through college education), Mr. Woody finalized my Settlement Agreement in less than 1 year. In comparison to other couples I know in ATL as to the duration, legal fees, costs, etc., I do feel somewhat lucky that I found Mr. Woody. To further put my personal situation in context, I divorced a lawyer so it was nice to have another, a team, a firm representing me. Invaluable! Mr. Woody's team included Stacy Smith, Molly Teplitzky. -DG

I had a very disappointing experience with David Schnipper. I paid over $5,000 for representation,…read moreand throughout the entire process I only heard from him twice. This was just to get me a bond, he wanted a remaining 20k to cover my case. Communication was extremely poor, especially during such a stressful situation. What concerned me most was that he sent a private note we had written directly to the DA, which felt highly unprofessional and unethical. To make matters worse, he later called and insulted me personally, saying, "there must be something wrong with your brain." No client should ever be spoken to that way. Although he was able to get a bond, the conditions attached to it were so excessive that it was nearly impossible to actually get released from jail. For the amount of money charged, I expected far better treatment, professionalism, and communication. Overall, an awful experience and I would not recommend his services.

I would not recommend using this law group. I contacted them regarding an unpaid bill that was…read morespecifically included in my settlement. I trusted them to take care of and pay all of the bills that were included in my settlement, but they failed to do so. The bill was never paid and was eventually sent to collections, which is now negatively affecting my credit score. What is especially disappointing is that the settlement documents made it appear that the bill had been accounted for, and the law group's name was associated with the bill, yet the bill was never actually paid. I feel that I was misled and that this was handled in a very dishonest and sneaky manner. I trusted this law group to properly handle my settlement and pay the outstanding bills as they were supposed to. I am extremely disappointed, especially because I was a recurring client who had previously trusted and used this law group for other accidents. After this experience, I no longer have confidence in their services and will not be using them again. I strongly recommend carefully verifying that any bills listed in your settlement are actually paid before assuming they have been taken care of.
