I have used the boat a bunch since and the quality is amazing. There was a couple minuscule issues when I picked up my boat, and they fixed them on the spot. Sent me home with extra parts in case of an issues and guaranteed a great warranty. There are a couple of features that I didn't know I would want until after using the boat that I wish now I would have gotten. I know Dave cares about value for his customers, but I almost wish he would have tried to upsell me, as I will have to go back and add these upgrades at a later date. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a top.

But Brian treated me like a valued customer and my bell was treated with kindness (I think they got a kick out of doing something different). Will go back with my next restoration project without any hesitation.

My call connected me to Britney who has amazing customer service skills, and she was anxious to get us taken care of. The second time I even asked her to look up the tech that helped us the first time and she did so gladly. A great first point of contact! When Robert arrived with his assistant, we had a laugh because he remembered the previous visit and off he went to solve the issue. Long story short, our house is old and the plumbing isn't the easiest to figure out but Robert made it look easy and before you know it, we were up and running. Robert knows his equipment, makes great decisions on the fly and most of all, he is super customer focused. As a former industrial leader, I would gladly add him to my crew! I will always recommend All Out and use them whenever necessary and obviously, I recommend them HIGHLY.

I am very surprised to see any bad reviews here as every time I have dealt with anyone with Andy's Appliance, they were awesome!
