    How car was returned to me.

    I do not recommend the service department. Extremely rude overpriced service. Car returned with cracking in screen they said was heat related and not their fault. Mazda screens do have issues with heat but the way they treated me about it left me not trusting anything they did. Screen is newer than my car and was replaced when I upgraded to apple car play about 3 years ago.

    I have downgraded this place from 3 stars to 1. I have experienced the absolute worst service ever. I took my vehicle in for two specific issues (check engine light and starter issues). They told me they "fixed" both issues. I left. The next day I experienced the same two issues again. Brought my vehicle back the next day, was told they never looked at the starter and that needs to be replaced. And as far as the check engine light, they forgot to reset the sensor. The next day check engine light is on AGAIN. I return for the third day in a row and Tim Chonn gave me a loaner vehicle, said some techs will be fired (I highly doubt that actually happened) and sent me on my way. One week later, I return to get more items out of my car. They can't find any paperwork on my vehicle; therefore, it takes them a while to locate it. Nevertheless, they find it and bring it to the front. I notice the front door and seat are covered in grease. Another week later, I get a voicemail stating that they are going to start charging me storage fees for my vehicle. Wth!!! I drive there that day and was told that they have been trying to reach me. Lies!! Additionally, I was told that the coil pack just needed to be replaced. So the initial $400 I paid the first time you thought you solved the issue had nothing to do with the issue?? At this point, I am just tired and over Hennessey Mazda. The next day I notice that the underpart of my car is hanging off!! I return yet again and have them secure it. Only to find that it is hanging off again later that same day. Unfortunately, and probably fortunate for them, I cannot return as I have put my vehicle in storage and am traveling for work. I am furious and stressed. I know that when I return from work, they will say that I have been gone too long and they don't know what to attribute the situation to. Also, when they "secured" it the first time, they did not notate it, the guy simply pulled it into the shop, because I was in a rush to get to the airport. Heed my words, if you care anything about your car, time and money, do NOT, I repeat NOT, come here. You can never reach someone on the phone and they never return messages. They leave the inside of your vehicle filthy and conduct shoddy sub-standard work.

    My sister waited weeks for her repairs, you hand her the keys and 5 minutes later she is on the side of the road.

    Long, dragged out service, non responsive, then you call an hour before closing on a Friday to hand over a vehicle that hasn't been fixed. Never again.

    They do not take walk-ins around the holidays even if it's an oil change. They need to make that posted on the website.

It has been customized to my liking however, i did not like being told I could trade my vehicle after paying on time and paying my payments. I did receive payment arrangements when I fell behind. So, overall my experience was pretty good. I did not know many people was having these type of issues. That is why I am writing this review, to ensure the get their props for being s cool set of individuals. (My downpayment was 2000, and I was able to get anything I wanted off the lot.) It has been holding water and will only drain if parked on an incline. I have taken it back to this Honda dealer ,as it is brand new. I was told I would get a loaner car while they checked it out. I worked from Midnight until 8:00 am - drove over an hour to get there(they told me to bring it - so they was expecting it) 5 hours later they stated that I could not get a loaner and that I had to wait until 7:00 pm for someone to look at it. communication is missing and the staff does not care. The water holds inches away from the battery pack and is a severe safety concern. No one is willing to help, the manager said the car was out of warranty after 30 days. I've had the problem since day 1. It's a brand New car! I bought it on Feb. 14th 2026!! The Tint has bubbles and when asked about the bubbles the manager stated it has to cure. It's 30 days later - guess it's still curing I took it back and let them know and see how bad it looked. I explained that a refund on the service package. The manager called me back and offered $95.00 dollars. I paid 1000 dollars. . There has to be someone in charge - reponsible and willing to uphold Hondas Service values. ????

    Horrible experience! 0/5 stars…read more When I first test drove the mustang everything was fine, no codes or overheating. Then just 8 minutes after signing the papers and driving out, it over heated. The car was labeled as "well maintained " but it clearly was not. They never said anything about overheating issues otherwise I would have never financed the mustang. Nearly 3 weeks of them trying to fix the car but nothing worked. Then on top of that when I asked for papers of what they did to "fix" the problem on the mustang they would give me a attitude and just string me along say, they will give it to me then never did. When they say "I will call you back in a bit" don't expect them to. When I tried to cancel the deal they kept telling me I wanted the car in the first place, YEAH NO DUH! BEFORE I SIGNED THE PAPERS! They also kept speaking to my fiance about the issues and not confirming things with me first even though the deal was with me. At first we thought it was just the coolant and spark plugs being old but it didn't fix the issue and it was much deeper than we thought. We took it back and they had it in the shop for a long time, however the THIRD TIME IT WAS WORSE! HOW DOES SOMETHING GET WORSE IF YOU ARE FIXING IT! On top of that they resent the mustang a fourth time without speaking about it first. At the end they never were able to fix the issue. Mostly everyone there has a very nasty attitude after you sign papers and are only nice before you sign any papers. Most of the cars there are "as-is" even the Chevrolet ones. I should have just financed a car somewhere else with better attitude and saved my self the stress.

    Instead of taking responsibility and apologizing for how their sales associate spoke to me, the…read moreresponse was exactly what I expected--excuses. If the pre-purchase inspection had checked out, the vehicle would have been purchased. No one spends $225 on an inspection without serious intent to buy. I also never attempted to haggle or submit a lowball offer. This business mentions I never put down a deposit but Aina clearly stated they do not accept deposits when I requested to place one. They are correct that I did not visit the location, because the interaction with their sales associate, Aina, made it VERY clear I would NEVER want to do business there. Being spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner, including statements like "if you want the car, come and get it" and "we have many customers," is unacceptable and conveyed that my business did not matter. Considering the vehicle has been listed since November 2025, one would expect a more professional and motivated approach to selling it. The vehicle also has condensation inside the headlights and they claim the car had no warning lights or issues but there is adaptive headlight malfunction error on the dashboard shown in the video they sent me. They are not honest. Professionalism matters at every stage of a transaction, whether through social media (where they advertise), in person, or over the phone. Based on that interaction alone, I chose not to proceed, and I stand by that decision. They don't care about their customers end of story.
