This place is a little hard to find. But plenty of parking space!! It's decorated so nice and it's SO clean. I wish I had gotten more photos of everything, the place was HUGE and workers were very nice and attentive! The rooms for the groom and bride were spacious as well, if you're looking for a venue for an event, I would definitely recommend this place!

The Horseshoe Knot Event Center is a hidden gem just outside of Lubbock, Texas. Link to their…read morewebsite: http://www.horseshoeknoteventcenter.com/home.html Fair warning: A trail of dust will follow as you navigate the country roads. To tell the truth, I was surprised certain wedding attendees made it on time since it's so secluded. Lol. My cousin and his long time significant other finally recently got married here. It was perfect for their laidback lifestyles. The bride's mother - who is a friend of mine - and their family all enjoyed planning their event and working with the employees here. The ceremony took place outside at the gazebo. Guests found their seats on wooden benches. Soon after, the party started in the barn a short walk away... a few chandeliers, rustic interior, and beautiful decorations adorned the space. The restrooms were always very clean and tidy. The bartenders, provided by Horseshoe, were friendly and quick. Security was also provided by Horseshoe, but I was a bit taken aback by uniformed sheriff deputies. Nonetheless, no one got kicked out or arrested, not even my rowdy husband. Overall, this is a charming place for a wedding venue or a special event. Highly recommended. '18 Challenge #28

I'm already married, but if I wasn't I would want to hold my wedding and reception here. They also have polished conference spaces that would hold plenty of people. I'm sure you would have to book way ahead to get on their list, because of it's growing and glowing reputation, but I would say that it would be worth it. It's so beautiful and doesn't look like typical Lubbock event centers. Anyway, I'm glad they are here!

Tami was extremely organized, professional, and clearly knew how to keep a large event running smoothly. As a caterer, working alongside a venue that is organized and prepared makes a huge difference, especially for an event of this size. Tami and her team did a great job creating a smooth experience for both the vendors and the couple. I would love the opportunity to work with her again!

If you are an upcoming bride, RUN from this place!!! Renting this venue was the wost decision of my…read moreentire wedding planning and if I could only pick one thing to change it would be NOT PICKING BELLA VIE. 1. communication is horrible, no one knows whats going on there, staff is not in correlation with one another whats so ever 2. I rented the place for 150 guests but was told 2 months before my wedding when I sat down with one of the coordinators, that they could only seat 130 comfortably.... 2. They claim they are apart of the church and the renting of the venue supports their expenses HOWEVER I caught them lying about this multiple times and I have text proof of them attempting to change my chairs and back ground becuase they "belonged to the church which was completely seperate from the venue" but when I first toured the sales pitch was that the espenses help the church and mission expenses?? 3. Invoice issues, I have an accounting background and I kept noting that my invoices were increasing over time as if it was accumulating interest, then I noticed a "credit card fee" that kept fluxating and get this, it wasnt a third party charging the sketchy fee it was them manually editing the invoice. AND my payments were being made in cash so why was this fee on there in the first place? 4. They kept my deposit because they found a vape, and vaping is against their rules. When I asked for a picture they blocked me and then cashed my $1000 check. Oh and they tried using my wedding as content and they blocked me on social media as well LOL TRASH PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. NOT TO MENTION THE CLEANLINESS OF THIS PLACE, TOILETS NOT WORKING, OVERGFLOWING TRASH CANS, SMALL PARKING LOT ( ANOTHER THING WE WERE LIED TO ABOUT, THEY TOLD US BY THE TIME WE HAD OUR WEDDING THE PARKING LOT WOULD BE EXTENDED, THAT WAS A LIE) THE HORRIBLE HVAC SYSTEM THEY HAVE, THE CLUELESS OWNER AND STAFF MEMBER THAT WAS LEFT AS A VENUE COORDINATOR COULD NOT EVEN PULL BACK BLINDS, SECURITY HAD TO HELP CAUSING ME TO GO DOWN THE ISLE AT THE WRONG TIME. I COULD GO ON AND ON. there are so many other kind, legit venues to go with in lubbock. I would recommend anywhere else!

We arrived on the day of the event for set up, where we were greeted by a worker who quickly ran through how to set up the air conditioning. She must have skipped instructions on the lights because tragically they wouldn't turn on in the foyer during our presentation and we were stuck in the dark. I tired multiple light switches before realizing the lights simply were broken and the chandeliers were NOT turning on. This left all my guests in the dark and I was not happy. Additionally, the table cloths were as wrinkly as crinkled paper with company to mix matched chairs. Super classy... Overall, I do not recommend this venue for anyone is trying to plan a special event and especially not for couples to be wed. I would hate for them to have to deal the unprofessionalism on their special day.
