I was thrilled when we got notification that her appointment was booked for 9:45 - it turns out that they don't usually start piercing until 10, but they saw our waitlist request and decided to start early. Our piercer was great with my daughter and took her time making sure the spots were in the perfect place. I liked that she talked directly to my daughter, not just to me, and the staff were all friendly and complimented my daughter. I'm so grateful they fit us in and made the experience an extra-special memory for us.
