The process was simple and quick and I am grateful to professional and friendly staff and the amazing physical therapist Chris Graves for the great job they did getting me mobile again. It's been a few months now and I have had an improvement in my chronic pain and lower back pain symptoms still with no further recurrence. I would highly recommend anyone needing physical therapy to give WTRC a try. I was totally displeased with Services rendered during my husband's illness and subsequent death…read more Nurses that see a patient for 30 minutes three times a week for six months or less does not make them an expert on that person or their needs. The nurses are thereto assess the pain, the physical state of the patient and if their diagnosis and treatment are on track. They seem to forget they are nurses not licensed medical doctors, and their duty is to the patient and family. They aren't to make assumptions nor are they to over step their boundaries especially when there are emotional issues at hand. There's an emotional crisis after all when a patient is put in hospice. I was promised my husband would not suffer but he did because he died on a weekend and the nurses in call didn't believe the nursing home staff or myself that my husband was in the throes of death. HOSA arrived 15 minutes after my husband died. I was told afterwards by nursing home personnel that Kindred wouldn't have allowed the suffering to happen

This is the worst nursing home ever. For starters my grandmother was discharged from the hospital…read moreand place to meadow creek, when picking her up from the hospital they called the nurses told them they were there and literally left my grandma at the hospital. It took almost 2 hours for them to come back and get her. Once she was there she was left in soiled clothes, was not served her food a few times ( she's diabetic ), was never out of her bed even though her doctor visited multiple times and said she needed to be up with her legs propped up for multiple hours each week. Dropped her multiple times, wouldn't bathe her when it was her day or even if she asked them to because she had not been bathed in days. We submitted her paperwork for Medicaid in December and never even filed it or reached out to let us know if we were accepted or anything. When we would try and call them no one ever answered. 90 days later they call her PCP stating she will be kicked out the next day, they made up lies saying that they had reached out and tried to contact us when they never once did, said we did not provide all the paperwork and we showed proof that we did and they got defensive. They change office staff more than they changed my grandmas diaper. This is the worst nursing home I have ever seen operate. I feel bad for the people that are in there, especially if they need assistance with everyday tasks. They will literally ignore a patient begging for help or assistance or with a need that they are asking to be met. This place needs to be SHUTDOWN!!!
