They broke trim pieces while they did it. I complained, and are sending me in circles without any attempt of fixing this. They are not picking up my calls anymore and I am GHOSTED. They will not give you a receipt until you annoy the hell out of them. THERE IS NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS or office, the guy on the phone will only give you email addresses into nirvana. (If you google any of their addresses their is NO SHOP, they are all random addresses) IT IS ALL JUST A BIG SCAM, at least their customer service. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Long Story, If you have the time.... I have gotten mine and my Girlfriends windshield replaced due to rock chips. On my car they have decided not to show up to the original appointment after calling them, they told me that my appointment was moved without notifying me. (I stayed home from work that day). They then cam later and did my car and it was OK. The real horror story was my Girlfriends Car. It was cold and snowing that day so they asked if they could use my heated Garage to do the shop. (I did) Car was done and I was letting the glue cure in the heated garage for a couple of days. After a couple of weeks my girlfriend realized a foul smell in the car. We realized that both passenger as well as driver side floor and padding was soaked in gross water. We realized that the windshield was leaking. Called Skyview, they asked for an email, so we wrote an email. Since 3 weeks I am calling multiple times a week trying to schedule the windshield replacement. Since then I have not received 1 call back or an email or any attempt to reach out to me to fix it. I hear different excuses every time I call, "waiting for a new window", "window got broken we are waiting for a new one", "there are only Junior Techs available no senior", so on and so on.... Furthermore, did they break plastic trim pieces around the car that are now flopping in the wind on the interstate. (They didn't even care to glue it down or anything) Another thing that is strange, I paid cash both times and both times because it was cheaper than card and they do NOT give you a receipt. For my Car it took only a day or 2 to get it after i called but for my Girlfriends it took 2 weeks! Every time i called them I asked for a receipts. what the internet has told me trying to figure out how to contact them: CEO Amir Jerbi, and the guy on the phone John Robert. (But i think they just got so many complains that Amir names himself John now.) All addresses are wrong, the only thing I found are from Tax records - 336 W 1ST ST STE 113, FLINT, MI 48502. Even their Indiana numbers connect to Michigan, so I think it is just 1 or 2 guys running this, and having a couple of cars running around. (maybe they are even external contractors doing the work.....) Sumup: I am deeply regretting my decision to go with this company. We have a car now that we can't drive in the rain and has to live in the garage. We have put hours of cleaning her car in and trying to get rid of that awful smell. Hoping that this negative review will motivate them to fix the windshield or refund me my money otherwise I will take them to a small claims court to get my money back.

I received a few quotes with varying prices and couldn't decide, therefore I also did a Google search of reviews of the various places to help me make my decision of where to take my vehicle. GP, which is 45 mins away from my home, and an hour in traffic from my work, quoted me a flat rate with parts and labor included, which was $20 more than a shop in my neighborhood. The removal and install was fast, and the gentleman was very professional. My bill was actually $20 more than the flat rate quoted. Therefore, I ended up paying $40 more than I would have paid had I gone to a local shop, 1hour 45 mins driving, and a 1/4 tank of gas. Pricey lesson learned. However, I'm grateful that my windshield is fixed before winter. I recommend this location for folks who live in the area. It's clean with a comfortable waiting room. Also, if you're low in cash, make sure you know that "flat rate" doesn't mean the same to everyone. Use the Project tool to receive quotes, etc, but do extra homework and know exactly how much a service will cost you in exact pricing, considering your travel (gas) expenses, and time when comparing.

While waiting, they have a TV you can watch. Plus, there are several seats and tables available. For drinks, you can get a coffee from the Keurig machine or a water for the water jug. One this I will say is this place is CLEAN. Walking into the restroom smelled like I was at a hospital - it was disinfected and spotless. On each of the tables you will find hand sanitizer and/or facial tissues. This place is super clean! Another plus, my vehicle was done before the stated time. My insurance suggested Safelite and the price paid was set by my insurance company, which wasn't much at all. Not a bad place to go if you need your windshield repaired or replaced.

This is completely false because my car was serviced 3 1/2 weeks ago at the dealership. I have zero codes popping up on my dashboard so it was a poor excuse to not do his job. I would stay away from the shop, Bryan and Rex are clearly incompetent.

I went by here to see if a rock repair was feasible. To big of a chip. He called me back to schedule and I opted for an at home visit. It rained in the day of the scheduled visit so he asked me to come in. He could have done the repair in my garage but I thought ok. He also told me it was $15 extra using a card versus cash. Ok. Steep fee but ok. I dropped off my car and he said it would be done in an hour. I decided to grab a bite. He did call me back within the hour. It also seems that he is a one man show so he does the repairs and customer service. It took a minute to finalize the pick up. Overall he was cordial and friendly.
