My friend accidentally said bong instead of water pipe and one of the guys finally acknowledged us saying "oh we gotta kick you out for that bye" without any warning, which was absolutely ridiculous considering the smell in there. If a cop came in the place it would've been shut down. They are horribly overpriced for thin looking pipes anyways.

Bought a vape from this place Sunday morning. Tonight (Monday) it's hitting on its own and getting…read morehot. Called to see if they could fix it since it's obviously defective and was told that they won't be doing anything about it because it's been a couple days. Pretty crappy service if you ask me. I understand policies, I get it. But I've gotten 3 vapes from this place that have done the same thing less than 24 hours later, and this is the first time I've ever called to see if there's something they could do since it's happened so many times.. I won't be coming back here. It's not worth it. Prices are great but quality is not there. You get what you pay for here, and that's cheap crappy products.

Stood there staring at me I didn't know if he was ready for me or just listening to whomever he was talking to. Finally I said I bought this $80.00 vape about month ago and it's broke. I gave him receipt and box with vape. He looked at receipt and said "No warranty". I said then take that and throw it in the garbage and I will not be back. He didn't care, and continued to talk on phone and I left. Too many vape places around to have to put up with that. I went there because it was convenient but never again. I don't thinks it's Dab City any longer. The owner of Dab City sold months ago. It's now called 540 Smoke and vape.
