It has K2 Vitamin properties and you know what they say, its better to eat your food than taking supplements. But if you got only supplements why not. I also bought MCT oil and my mom also bought Jarrows: Glutathione supplements. We really loved it here. I just ran out of Duck Fat, I am due again to return and get a new jar. Cars and customers are passing by and leaving because of this. If there's an issue with only one person working then probably should have two people work in the evening.
