So we headed out to Natural Grocers and they do have them. I've decided to look for Duck Fat and yes they have them. I use it to cook. It has K2 Vitamin properties and you know what they say, its better to eat your food than taking supplements. But if you got only supplements why not. I also bought MCT oil and my mom also bought Jarrows: Glutathione supplements. We really loved it here. I just ran out of Duck Fat, I am due again to return and get a new jar. I should stock them up.

I've stopped in several times when passing thru Marble Falls and have never been disappointed. Also, they have a kitchen that serves up fresh health food daily--what must be the best tasting health food I think I've ever had. This place feels like home. They also offer all kinds of health and healing modalities and therapies in the back.
