She was very kind and helpful, and the appointment was set for the next day. Mr Fix It came and removed the old fan, assembled the new one, installed it, and repaired the wiring on the light switch. The first problem is we needed to cancel plans to make sure we were at the house waiting for him, only for him to let us know after he was already late that he wasn't coming. Secondly, he was very rude, " You know... if I don't get this job I'm charging you still." The problem is he didn't care that he made 4 or 5 people wait for him and cancel plans for him to not even show. I even texted him hours beforehand to make sure he was still coming. UGH! sooooo unprofessional.
